Seriously, I have always claimed to be a "cook and not a baker" until i watched your bake a months worth of bread products in a day. You made it look so simple and easy. I started it and learned about sourdough and now, we don't buy or eat ANY bread from the store. No exceptions! I really needed this motivation bc I've been slipping on my breads. Lol which actually isn't a bad thing bc it's just healthy not eating so much bread. But thank you for this!
Spent way too much time searching for amounts of ingredients in the Greek recipe…. finally gave up. The other recipes looked lovely je something I would like to try. Thank you
How I wish I had known all this when I was your age and had young children…..I’m 75 and using so much of this for my husband and me……Thank you for all your work and expertise!!!!!!❤❤❤
The flower frog fits your small vessel just right. When you put water in it wouldn’t work properly in the larger one as it’s not meant to sit at the bottom of a vessel. I think your flowers are beautiful and they looked fine. Jars are always good for flowers. lol. Loved your haul by the way. I love looking for antiques. 😊
I just found your channel. Your opening message made me an instant subscriber. You mentioned a Dandelion blend drink that is great for your gut. Do you happen to have a link for that please? I can't wait to try these recipes. Thank you for sharing them!
Great video!! Make a paste of baking soda to remove the yellowing on the knife. You can also try bar keeper's friend, or wrap a napkin soaked with bleach on the handle for at least 20 minutes. These things have helped me a lot with turmeric stains and the like. Hope it works for you!
Watching you, I'm inspired to start baking our own breads. Besides the crazy prices, there are so many 'extra' ingredients that make commercial breads not the best. I've got a few of your recent recipes in hand, have purchased organic flour (Costco), clean dry active yeast, organic cane sugar, and some Einkorn organic non-GMO flour, organic avocado oil. Here I go! Our daughter and son in law are also anxious to get on the homemade bread bus!
So happy you made rye bread. On a whim I bought a bag of rye flour from our local Amish store and wanted to try to make it. With the rising prices of groceries this is the only way I will get rye bread in our house. I can’t see paying between 4-5 dollars for a loaf of it at the store.
Thank you Jesus for RAIN!! We, also, have been in a drought for nearly 6 weeks. Gardening is good for the body but baking....BAKING is good for the soul! Amen?! How lovely are the copper teapots on your shelf! They make my heart smile ☺️
I loop a heavy rubber band around the locking lever and the attachment hub on my Kitchen Aid tilt-head mixer to stop the mixer from "jumping" when kneading bread. Works pretty well.
@@cynthiafisher9907 I think it's a design flaw on the Kitchen Aid. The lever works itself loose when the mixer is working. Otherwise I love my Kitchen Aid.
Kelsey, I love your videos your soothing talking and everything you do inspire me at 66 years old, and I so appreciate it. I’ve tried quite a few of your recipes and my husband and I have enjoyed them! Your little ones in the background is so sweet and enjoyable! God bless you and your dear family. Your friend Deb
My artisan kitchen aid sure struggles with mixing bread I wish I had gotton the bigger one but I decided to get a Bosch mixer what a game changer luv it
Wake Up! The Kingdom Of Heaven is near! If you never know Jesus, you will miss everything! Know that Jesus Saves! And know that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life! Call upon Him! For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life- John 3:16. Jesus Christ died for our sins, He was buried and He rose again on the 3d day, according to the scriptures- 1Corinthians 15:1-4. How to get saved? Very simple. Believe in the gospel- 1Cor 15:1-4. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord- Romans 10:9. Dear soul, accept this free gift of salvation today. Do not wait another day, for you are not promised tomorrow. Heaven and Hell are real and eternity is forever…which will you choose? Below is a prayer should you choose to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. As you pray, let your words express how you truly feel in your heart : Heavenly Father, I come to you from the depths of my heart, realizing I have sinned. I repent of my sins and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and died on the cross for me and my sins. I believe you raised Him from the dead. Lord Jesus, come into my heart and live in me now. By faith, I receive you as my personal Lord and Savior . Father, I receive your Holy Spirit as my comforter to help me do your will. It is in Jesus name that I believe and I receive the things prayed this day.Amen
Do you have a link to the dandelion coffee? Is that the drink you opened with? Thank you for all these recipes! I have been wanting to explore alternative sweeteners coconut sugar, dates sugar/syrup, allulose syrup too.
Yes it is! Here is the link amzn.to/3zyEyNu Thanks for watching! I’ve really loved using sugar alternatives although I still will use organic raw cane sugar in moderation ☺️
How do you eat the baked oatmeal? Just like that, cut into a portion? It looks like cake. Or do you pour warm milk on it and eat it like oatmeal? The ingredients sound delicious. ❤
However you’d like! We do both but if I’m serving it sliced I’ll drizzle a little bit of maple syrup over it. Also yummy with some homemade whipped cream ☺️
Hello Kelsey!! I loved this video!!!! Those muffins and the oven oatmeal looked delicious!!!! And those tortillas looked so soft!! Until you're next one take care and God bless 😊❤
Another wonderful video! Can I use organic flour for all of your recipes? Do I need to purchase bread flour ever? I prefer the Costco flour, and it lacks glysophate. I don't care to purchase organic bread flour...so expensive! Thanks for all you do. Have a blessed day!
Bread flour is all purpose flour with vital wheat gluten added. You can make your own by adding a tablespoon of vital wheat gluten to 2 C AP flour. The addition just gives you a chewier bite.
