Is the kick at the end a standard side kick or what some refer to as a slant kick? Are the chain punches at the end suppose to be standard over the top or are they cutting punches under one another?
You are correct there is no sound. That’s why I named it the “silent chamber”. My microphone went out mid recording. we try to do a silent chamber in class anyways so actually it’s kind of an inside joke.
Students progress through a series of exercises that get them prepared for what comes next. Keeping everybody moving along at an appropriate rate and not throwing anybody into something way over their head is how we do it.
