I absolutely loved the whole series but i really wish they showed more of Hannibal's past life for us to understand him better. Hannibal 's connection with Chiyoh is a little abrupt in the series. I never understood why she kept the old man( who killed Mischa) a prisoner. The reasonings are little off. And then suddenly she went to Florence with Will after so many years of seclusion. Those stories could have been expanded by the makers.
