I'm a huge ACDC fan and your interviews with the guys are the best, not the usual questions, the questions we want to hear, I thankyou for those. Would love to know who the drummers were who wanted the job. Chris Slade is a rock gentleman. LTBR would be the hardest song to drum but Phil is a machine and makes it look easy.
Thanks Dean. You did it again brother 😀 Congratulations man I was lucky enough to meet Chris once Very sweet genuine guy to say the least. I've seen at least 600 shows in my life By all kinds of people and genres of music. I was lucky enough to see The Firm on both tours. Honestly the two shows that I saw with The Firm Were the two best concerts I've ever seen By any band 😀 Thank you Chris. If you read this as well You are the man!!
@deandelray Absolutely...he's the real deal and so humble and clealry he does what he does for the sheer love of making great music that pushes the boundaries. He would be the first person I'd turn to if any of my musical projects got to a significant level. Keep up the great work Dean 🤘🏻
Damn it! I really wanted to hear the part of “One night in a club called The Shaking Hand…..” Cool name for a bar full of old sots! HaHa! The follow up line was “There was a 42 decibel rockin’ band!”, but apparently they later learned that 42 decibels is like a whisper and it was changed to “92 decibel rockin’ band” in ensuing live renditions of the song. Nonetheless I still get goose bumps when I hear that verse. Bon totally owned that sh*t.
Dean I saw Dead and Co at the beginning of June and The Sphere is hands down the greatest concert venue ever. The pics and vids don’t do it justice to those who haven’t been yet. It truly is a sight to behold. The band sounded better than ever. Candles lit. 🔥 🕯️
I first saw Santana in the movie called Woodstock. I thought they were the best band there. Went right out and purchased their eight track tape Abraxas.
The first Automatic Man is one of the great unknown /underrated albums from the 70s. Seek and you shall be rewarded. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HPyFIEQPGbU.html
@@deandelray Hey Dean...no, thank you. Great channel, great content. Love it...just a shame Homme didn't show his face on those ones !!! 🤣🤣 Keep up the good work. 💯👍
What a fantastic interview with Michael and what an interesting cool guy. Have you ever thought of making a video of walking the dog in the neighborhood that's a few minutes long and putting it on your RU-vid channel? Leland sklar does this with his dogs in his neighborhood sometimes and gets a lot of views. This is still the best channel on RU-vid and my most watched for sure. Thank you for the awesome interviews and stories. Cheers
