The anime itself is about the music industry and being an idol. Having them perform this song in real life makes the anime feel so realistic. I dont really know how to explain HAHA
Everytime I think about everything you explained in this video I am shocked by how far we've came when it comes to making music or sound... just check out "Nimda - Retaliate (Original Mix)" and you'll know what I mean hahaha
the lyrics are very importants in this type of musics, that's talking about the life of an actor/ idol in japanese industry who's not in the normals for japan stereotypes
We Skeem very clearly has a bias against hip hop, something that originates from black culture, therefore, he is racist. I am able to use this logic because of the logic he used to say that nerdcore is dangerous.
It was very interesting to hear from a musician what you feel about the song. The anime in a way is about the problems and perils of the entertainment industry. There IS a killed idol, one son seeking revenge and entering the entertainment industry because of that, child abuse , a child actor growing up and having problems to get adapted and still being booked, a young lady trying to follow the example of her underage mom, loads of fantastic songs, cool animation effects... You will not regret to start watching it. Go for it!
Never in my life would I think that my name would appear in an LSE video. You just made my whole night. Thank you Dean :) Edit: I konw I'm like 5 months late. But I don't care. I didn't even know you uploaded this till today lmao
My personal opinion, even though I’m perfectly aware my opinion doesn’t matter much but I’ve always thought of nerdcore as having an inherent sense of positivity to it. It doesn’t have to be childish or corny but I find I prefer it to at least have a sense of positivity to it.
