Not to everyone here, no good chef uses gloves. At max one glove while cutting meat. You can't tell when your gloves are dirty. You can always tell when your hands are dirty. Often most of my worker make pizzas and touch the screen(where they handle cash) with the same gloves. It's disgusting.
