It’s simple Fly Fishing Out Doors. The mission is to take Veterans and First Responders out fly fishing. I’m located in Austin Tx. If you want to learn to or go fly fishing, Drop a comment and let’s get on the water.
Fly fishing is very therapeutic, healing and fun. I’m an Iraq 🇮🇶 Veteran. I spent just under 2 years in the infantry on the front lines with the 1-22 4ID. Fly fishing and the outdoor bring my peace.
It's understandable for you to be upset and the owner is obviously in the wrong here. However, you took it out on the wrong person. It's not her job to know or even care about what is or is not federal law. She has to answer to her employer. It's not her fault. Never take your frustrations out on people who serve the public. They do not deserve this kind of treatment.
Jesus dude just find another restaurant/sports bar. First of all you didn't serve this country you served the government's interest in a foreign country, I'll respect warriors but not someone who can play the "service" card when things don't go their way, they serve food and as a business they can't have dog hair floating around. Are you blind is that what the dog is for? Seem to operate the smart phone just fine...I'm gonna lean towards you own the dog for the same reason I and every other dog owners have their pets and that a close companion that will never leave you hanging. If you have demons that need hashed out find somebody to talk to.
You people can turn anything political, really paint a disgusting picture for the rest of the world to view. Before you came back with some politically charged rant save yourself the time and wait for somebody that gives a hoot about your little game of "my sides better than yours" both sides do nothing but rob us blind.
I carry the fed law cards for my service dog I don’t back down f them we served this bullshit of a country and I am going to take my service dog with me
Stay home whiner. You're just trying to cause trouble. You don't take your service dog with you when you're fishing do you? No sympathy here. Dogs in restaurants are disgusting.
Some people from the older generations are so entitled. Instead of doxxing this employee by posting her face and the location she works at online when she's just trying to do her job, go eat somewhere else 🙄 Too many folks bring in emotional support animals and parade them around like they're service animals. So employers are now understandably wary of folks bringing in dogs to establishments where food is being served
Sir, she is an employee and you giving her grief over what the owner says to do. So what you want her to do? Say NO Boss, please fire me right now because I dont have rent, utilities and other bills to pay. So your selfish and entitled cause you served in the military and clearly dont understand the rule of following orders and want he to lose her job. This is a set up you did this on purpose to troll and test the business and if you were in the military, you have no respect for people who are following orders did you lose the plot in the military? Did you get discharged because you didnt follow orders? CRY A RIVER. I also was in the military and fought in Desert Storm and I knew what following orders meant. YOU don't. You did this on purpose and picked an innocent employee to berate and make her feel guilty for following orders.
@@Firedrake1313 you don't violate any laws at all? What kind of an American are you? Right just like the other 325 million thumb up bum, follow all the rules and let them duce down all of our backs.....just what the founders of this country did right lol
All vets with service animals need to check with the mental health clinics, there are limitations on were you can take your dogs. I go to the Vet Center in Reno and we have 2 guys with dogs and talk about these issues and this issue was advised of this fact. Any property oner has the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason. Their just protecting their investment, so don't take it personal and I'm sure there are other places that will except you and your dog with open arms. Just don't give up the search. Or just come over to my house and we serve ear massages, belly rubs and scratches! And for a few extra bucks you get SPA quality.
I’d like to give a little firsthand experience/ advice from the exact same type of scenario just not at that establishment. I too am a disabled vet and until 3 years ago had a service dog that I unfortunately lost due to him having cancer, I had to stop using him before he finally passed though because he wasn’t able to go with me as easily his last year or but I had a good 12 years with him. While most people were not fools and at least had a basic understanding of the law regarding service dogs there’s always those occasional dipsticks so what I did was essentially have business cards printed up but they weren’t a business, it was the Federal Statute number along with what it says in short order and that businesses and facilities are required to make reasonable accommodation for a person with a service dog and then also what some potential penalties could be and when I would eventually run into one of those dipsticks I’d simply reach into my wallet and hand them one of those “Business Cards” that had the relevant information on it and simply tell them to read it and then google the statute number if they had any questions. I can’t remember the name of company that I used to order the business cards from but it was one of those places that do business cards custom sticky note pads pens with company names on them return address labels you could order all that kind of marketing stuff from them and I think I got a box of 500 double sided business cards with a lot of text on it for something like less than $20 and I never even got close to using them all and even gave some to other guys at the VA for their inevitable encounters with dipsticks
People in this country feed off entitlement, lord forbid a business owner operates their business how they wish, I mean the guy isn't blind, you people are acting as if they have no right to refuse service. Bad enough finding human hair in your food.
Because they serve food? Did I hear that right? So people who have pet dogs have to put them outside while they eat their meals ? Karen strikes again 😮
I'm KINDA on her side only because she's claiming she's only following the rules she's given to deliver. So unless she's in charge, I would talk to the person above her until we've reached the point of suing. lol But I could also be wrong. I just hate when just doing your job gets you attitude and it's literally not your fault that the specific rule is stupid. I have rules I gotta enforce that I don't agree with either but that's not what I'm there for. lol So I'm just considering that possibility. I'm on the guy's side as well of course in the sense that he shouldn't be denied service. It shouldn't even matter that you're a vet (well except for the discounts lol) as long as a customer is told no pets are allowed and you announce your animal is a service animal, that's it. No pressing further needed.
