In short this is a way to be creative, learn a new skill and introduce the world to #Jeffthewestie. I will be documenting my journey through life's ups and downs and hopefully having some fun along the way. Expect travel vlogs, theatre trips and book reviews along with lots of appearances from Jeff.
Thank you for watching and if you have enjoyed it then please subscribe to join me on this adventure!
I enjoyed the Inheritance games a lot more than I expected to. I dont know if I am going to pick up the rest of the series but I will be interested to see if you have enjoyed the rest of them. I use a random number generator to pick my books too haha You had a real mix of books in May its a shame that you didnt have more hits than misses xx
I am intrigued to carry on with the rest of the inheritance games series (when I have no idea) but still don't know how they can get 4 books out of that story line. Random number generators are the way forward, its getting some really old kindle books off my TBR! Thanks for watching 💗
The swimming in the pool was very sweet and I'm glad you got to Hill Top House, I love a writer's house museum. Shame Pete had to pay a pound a metre for the gardens. I also love the fact you can hear swallows throughout the video.
Faye, please don't beat yourself up. As you can see I'm only just catching up on this. It's very hard when you go from having an orderly structured working life to have it hijacked by a gorgeous bundle of joy. You are amazing how you are learning to adapt. You're still producing these videos, sorting your life around you and coping with everything else. I would like to say it gets easier but as you eluded to it just keeps changing. xx
I love that your dogs called jeff and this vis is great I've just upgraded to my limitless plus wanted to get an idea so thanks its a really great video
If you haven’t already tossed the damaged book, you can maybe find someone who does some kind of collage art, card making or junk journaling. They can use the pages for all kinds of things and it doesn’t have to be thrown away. ❤️
I love Pete's commitment to measuring everything by the size of your head. Of course, the baby doesn't know, understand or even comprehend the differences between a full-price something or not. I suspect the baby companies build and use this guilt to leech off new parents, who are easy, squishy prey.
I've got an 800 page history of Drury Lane Theatre if you fancy that for context. Also.. I predict the Lord and Lady she hangs round are the children of the Duke of Clarence, be fun to find out out how it goes. Oh, and also, the musical, then the film of 'Annie' is based on a comic strip which is inspired by a poem - it's a twisty history... twistory.
You can probably guess which book I have enjoyed out the ones you've read. I think Rivers of London only makes sense if you're into psychogeography. I actually fancy reading that 'Girl of Ink and Stars' book, I've heard good things.
I dont really like when a romance book is over 400 pages unnecessarily because sometimes there is a whole bunch of filler stuff. What a shame to have a meh reading month. I hope that October is a better reading month for you xx
That is my point I don't want the filler just the real events that impact the characters relationship! It been a bit of a meh reading year, I have enjoyed a lot of the books but they haven't particularly stayed with me but I have high hopes for October I have some interesting sounding reads planned. Thank you for watching!
Someone at work said their Great-Grandad was hanged by Nazis in that fort for being part of the resistance. And the guy at the laundrette happened to be wearing a Meteora t-shirt last week. Also, you scored very highly on the ugly Baby Jesus front.
That first trimester tired & hungriness is a whole different kinda thing!! I hope you don’t have much morning sickness, I always get awful morning sickness. Good luck!!!
The first two books are worth it, the third maybe not so much but by that point you want to know how it is going to end. I know that feeling so many books so little time! Thanks for watching :)
I have read the first two if the scythe series and liked them so far. The reason I havent read The Toll yet is because its just so chunky haha. I will probably get to it eventually just so I can say I have finished it. Dry sounds like an interesting plot. xx
I know what you mean it is such a daunting length for a book and not to put you off but I did find the first half pretty slow but definitely worth finishing the series to see how it all comes together in the end. Dry was an interesting concept but with all the Neil Shusterman I have read seemed to have a point where it really dragged. Thanks for watching!
I did the same thing you did, was pretty slow with reading and had to make a big push to finish the last one. also.. Scythe, with the digraph of 'th' being voiced. Ooo, and Faraday, he was a scientist from Elephant. That grey box in the middle of the old roundabout outside the shopping centre was in memory of him.
