Replace the pressure cooker valve float and pressure cooker silicone seal ring, you can buy it in set at online store like Shopee and Lazada if you are in the Philppines at Php 108. Just follow my video for the instructions on how to fix.

You just made calcium acetate, not calcium phosphate. I think you need to use strong phosphoric acid in place of vinegar in order to make calcium phosphate.
