Brittown is a feature documentary featuring vintage Triumph motorcycle racer and master mechanic Jeff "Meatball" Tulinius from the Hell On Wheels bike shop in Anaheim, CA.
The film chronicles several months in Meatball's life as he runs his old BSA in vintage motocross races, embraces the legacy of Steve McQueen on his vintage Triumph Cub desert sled with the No Gooders motorcycle club, flies down the Willow Springs raceway on his Norstar, and uses all his skill to rebuild an old 650 Triumph Bonneville motor into a blazing road-ready screamer ...
From Scott Di Lalla and Zack Coffman, directors of the award-winning custom motorcycle documentary Choppertown comes their second intimate inside look at biker culture.

That's not right. The rockers history starts in the 50's with the ton up Teds who stripped the bikes down to go faster, and as no after market industry existed, they combined the best parts of different bikes that became to be known as the cafe Racer. The Triton was the most infamous of these hybrid bikes, but there were others. If you look at the 59 club history online, you'll see most Rockers didn't have the most extreme bikes like a Triton or Tribsa because they couldn't afford it.
@RowinDrachenfaust talkin about how bsa motorcycle are a bitch to start an get going and he is using them as a metiohor for his girl how she is hell to get up and get go an how he sees the way she can act like a bsa
@brittown interesting, i wonder why they didn't use the album version.... hmm i must find this, and whatever other stuff they didn't put on the albums. they were really an awesome band.
@Tekron Thanks for the kind words dude, the Starvations kindly provided that track for the film. This is the same one we have on the official soundtrack too.
@brittown where did you get this version of the song? i could be wrong, but it sounds a bit different than what i have... accordian being louder, solo sounding slightly different, plus piano at the end. i have the album version since i have all 4 of their albums. thanks! i saw this video a year or two ago and absolutely fell in love with the band.
The motorcycle sounds would have been music enough. Triumphs and BSAs have beautiful exhaust notes. Too bad we aren't able to hear it! Still this movie is overdue.
one way to remind by the Starvations. it's on their myspace. i recommend buying all of their albums. i have them all, definitely worth the $ for each one, seriously! they were a great band.
Dangerous, yes you are with your comments like that we all love to laugh at the plight of leaky Brit bikes,ha ha ...But if you put them together properly you will not have a messy drive or floor!! Think on..
I seem to remember 30 odd years ago adding some Castrol R to the petrol to give my bike a great smell. Anyone know if this would harm the motor in my Speed triple?
Both choppertown and brittown look awesome! I'd love to work with you guys! still it amazes me how Americans have a fascination with bikes that leak oil! haha
ahh brings back memories of about 20 years ago when my father had 4 Vincents in his garage Me and him rebuilt 2 of them and went everywhere in UK I was too young to ride and then lost some interest but seeing this has brought back some amazing memories
