The houses with the smoking chimneys replaced the exact same nonsmoking houses due to the nonsmokers becoming "packaged" since TANE. This was done so people didn't have to buy payware routes for assets. If you own those routes,you may swap the houses back.
To increase your frame rate , Delete the large parking garage in Juniata,and replace with buildings of your choice . It is High Poly with no LOD. You can also reduce your draw distance to 8k since you can't see further than that on the route. Most bell triggers function correctly.
@@44WillysMB I'll have to try it out and see, thanks for info! As for the bell, my download may have bugged out because none of the bell triggers automatically shut off. Once a locomotive triggers it, the bell continues until I manually select the loco and turn it off. Again, though, that may just be a bug on my end. Trainz has never been consistent with downloads...
how did you get these to work? mine are all faulty. it just says "VE18: Attachment point 'a.stack0' referenced by tag 'attachment' in 'smoke16' was not found." how did you get it to work. I'm using trs19
@@braydenorsomething6673 My download went through fine, but that was when this video was made. I've since upgraded to TZ22. Base model comes from the DLS so everything needed should be there.
It was indeed a real thing! Technically it wasn't a Box but a evolution which eventually made their 12 Inch Mineral tanks (209s basically). She had the nickname of Pinkie and there's a surprising number of photos of her running over there

I have a issue with wayside works locomotives where the game freezes for a minute than continues as normal after i move the engine for the first time. I don't know if anyone else experiences that or im missing something.
You're half right about it being German, it's East German, so it's a little commie-box! (LKM stands for Lokomotivbau Karl Marx, how much more communist can you get!) They were used a lot for medium-duty industry such as moving some quarry skips around. (For future reference, I do include manuals with some basic information in them!)
So as far as I know, there are at least two Fabia's in the US, the one that's painted like Thomas that you mentioned, and "Edaville", which is the loco that got abused by that one tourist railroad by running it on compressed air and filling the dome with concrete. As for its gauging, the one you're using is a preserved example from the Stoomtrein Katwijk Leiden, which runs on 700mm gauge, which roughly equates to 2ft 3in, as it's the most common gauge in the Netherlands for this sort of thing. Henschel supplied these locos in a variety of gauges, but the most common one is 600mm/1ft 11.75in, so that's what most of the pack represents. But, considering my attachment to No. 8, I wanted it to be represented in the pack on the proper gauge! The luggage car you've got is also from that same railway, although that was originally a tram luggage car converted from 750mm gauge to 700mm gauge.
Golden Age Developments have made a nice heritage-style version of this route, they're updating it as well to a new version. Having seen my mate livestream driving on it, its a lot better than this DTG base version
@@threepea1151 meh. Its better than what's seen from guys like DTM today, but its still not near the VRC level. Maybe with Sherman Hill as a whole, it is, but the if looking at it solely for the Turbine? Nah.

This feels kinda ASMR-ish to enjoy watching, and I like it. It's not every day I like watching Train Simulator gameplay videos with soft commentaries to make things about trains even more fascinating, it's mostly a lifetime commitment.

Its not a bad model tbf, although shame the inside valve gear doesn't work. Have you thought about doing any Precision Loco Development reviews, the GWR Castle is absolutely a must
The valve gear is a bit sad. I'm not overly upset though, given how dark it is to see inside the frame. I have not even seen Precicision Loco Developments. I'll have to look into them and see what they're about.
I think what they're doing at 5:50 is trying to give the impression of roughly hewn metal with a bump texture file. It may be in the properties of the model. Though it's much smoother on my PC, very effective. Not "pixelated" as here. I have an Nvidia 1080ti card. I see this effect on VW and BMG locos, too. This is a great model. With luck, they'll morph it into the very similar 1366 for the forthcoming Dorset Coast route. Here's hoping!
