My cousin used to drive the busses back in the days when National United and Northern were the companies and the Bristol VRTs Rells and Leyland Nationals were the common mode of transportation. Used to use the 363/364, 309/310 and the private operator Hunters bus from Seaton Deleval to Crammy. I need the Tyne Valley 10. Only 10 days to I visit for a long needed hol. Where about on that bus do you record it? Because I really wanna do a few journeys maybes on 27239 etc! What does the driver say when you ask because I was gonna ask but sometimes lacks my confidence! Great video (:
There's nothing like it. Not only is it soothing, relaxing and scenic whatever the weather but, it's a good way for the driver to test how good their skills actually are!
This one is definitely a Voith as our mechanic confirmed it, and a former Transport Manager of a bus company who has also drove the bus also confirmed it's on a voith gearbox...
