I remember playing this 1 year after its release along playing Black Ops 1... when I was only 14.. and here we are 14 years later at 28 looking back at the long distant past. Summit was the best map in BO1, and terminal in MW2 is one of the best maps of all time. MW2 was really that shit back then, good fresh ICY glass bottle of ginger ale and holding the bulky ass 360 sitting on the floor was that life man
It's rare to find legal server on Steam,i hate hackers and cheaters,i find them in evry map and evryday,only if i could find legal group or friends to invite me to thier legal lobby
Accuracy this game had to be like 5%. I've never seen so many wasted bullets, not even with an LMG. Then the camping and cherry on top by using the noob friendly Chopper Gunner 🤦🏻
Such a childhood. Imagine how many adults I pissed being good at this game as a little kid. If they only knew what was dominating them during a lucky game.
I was 19, just finished air force boot and got distinguished graduate from the security force academy. My JROTC for 4 years paid off with a faster promotion to senior airman (like an army corporal), and i was sent on my first deployment. It was the dream deployment; a little compound outside of riyadh with a fairly low threat level and a good quality of life. You worked 3 days in a row, 12 hour shifts doing perimeter security, uparmored humvee patrols, or main gate duty searching incoming vehicles and people. But after those three days we would go back to our luxury villas, change into our PT uniform (comfy workout shirt and shorts), head to the DFAC (free cafeteria), and us gamers met up in the gaming tent. There were a dozen xbox 360’s all connected thru LAN and had their own 32 in flat screens. I remember that MW2 came out a few weeks after we got there, and everybody ordered them online so we could play together. I will never forget that hot desert air on your “weekend” night, walking into that air conditioned gaming tent and a dozen of your security squadron members all chowing down on chicken strips with buffalo sauce, greasy french fries with ranch, endless boxes of free girlscout cookies shipped in by the USO volunteers, a fridge with endless free rip it energy drinks, getting hazard pay to just spend the whole night off in a MW2 LAN match. Sure there was the occasional threat increase and attack scare, and the work was hard and hot and sweaty. You missed your family thousands of miles away. You missed out on dating and going to the mall sleeping in all the time. But looking back, able to ignore all the stresses and worries back then, and those memories are the happiest of my life. I cant imagine a better way to have spent my 20th birthday. It was the best decision of my life, combined with the best deployment luck imaginable. Later deployments to Bagram in afghan wasnt as nice. But in saudi, i had my own room, my own bathroom, an amazing level of amenities and recreational areas, and all while getting great pay for a teenaged community college dropout. MW2 will always be my bliss.
Oh man i love this game. I miss the ump45 i miss commando pro, danger close, i miss even painkiller. The new mw2 sucks and the new mw3 sucks even harder. Why they dont make the same fucking game again
LAN parties with my military police (security forces) buddies and a couple gals. Free dining facility food. Endless free energy drinks. God, the best way to start a military career.

@@arthurgutz2736 diariamente tem uns 500 players, fiz muitos amigos lá que as vezes migram do warzone pra jogar ele, o ruim e que as vezes cai em host de hacker e e eles desabilita ativação de vant e mudar a classe.
Eww this is trash! It looks horrendous!! I would have been 6 years old. Thank god i didn't have to grow up with this one. Mw2 now looks and feels wayyyy better! Plus the operators are much more prettier.
