I love these stars. Can't wait to make these. I see that you don't have any 'glue strings' from the hot glue while you are putting this together. Are you using a special type of glue stick?
girll..... thank u so much for specifying that shiny can be either top or bottom depending on what type of puff it is. the instructions inside my vinyl were wrong and i thought i was going. crazy... i watched a bunch of videos on youtube and they all said shiny side down. finally i found yours, i seriously thought i was being gaslit lol
These designs are great BUT i cannot see which lines on the black card need to be changed to score. Can you help please as my sight is not very good. It might be easier if your could show me on the layers panel Many thanks
Make sure that you upload the SVG file which is the file that looks like an html file. There are different file types in the folder to use for different cutting machines.
Fantastic tutorial, thank you! I made a banner for my nephews 8th grade graduation. Came out perfectly. Also appreciate the links to the supplies, super helpful!
I use the Cricut Explore 2. They do have newer a new version of it now, but mine is still doing great so I just stick with it. The Maker is great if you are a sewer because it cuts fabric or want to engrave also.
Your blog says to enter my email on the form below to get the svg, but there is no form to enter my email. How do I get this svg? There were some other graduation things I wanted from your blog, but I had the same issue with them. I even looked at your most recent post and it had the same issue. I would like to make this or one of the other projects for a graduate's party, so it is for personal use. 😊😊
The paper that I have for the inner box seems kind of thin. I think it is regular scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby, not cardstock. Should I use it, combine it with another cardstock, or pick something else? @@SVGNationGraphics
@@jenniferscruggs8012 I am using scrapbook paper for the middle box for my tutorial. If you are just using it as a money pull, it will hold up fine. If you plan to fill it with gifts, may want to use cardstock or combine it with cardstock.
This is so beautiful and I just got all the supplies to make it! The card all attached to itself but when I go to attach the flowers to their score lines, it ends up attaching the entire card to each other. Same thing happens with the flower centers. Any thoughts?
You may have too much cash attached to it. If you are attaching a lot of cash, then you will want to use the large balloon and large box template. The smaller one only holds 3 bills.
