i once rode this when i was like 9 and i had my head forward and the forces were so strong i couldn't pull my head up and it was a not so enjoyable experience.
I love Wonderland, but this ride doesn’t even hold a candle to Wilderness Adventure from Ontario Place. There was this feeling that you were entering another world for the minute or so before the drop. The best water rides do that sort of thing.
After going on the ride, heres some advice to people: 1: It is way faster than it looks, very surprising. Especially the force on that first spin. 2: THE FORCES ARE CRAZY! If you dont wanna go on a huge coaster, this would be the next best option for forces. 3: Way more fun than what the video shows. Worth the big line.
This ride seriously needs to go. It was so good 20+ years ago, nice and smooth, but now it may as well be a wooden coaster. So damn bumpy and just completely unenjoyable at this point.
The takeaway is that Canada's Wonderland can take down a beloved - if flawed - ride, and so long as they provide a worthy replacement, guests will not object.
my first roller coaster was yukon strikers and im going to wonderland on sunday with my friend right before my bday and she was like im scared of the leviathan and the bat it aint that scary
Get the ride re tracked and the lines will be as long as they were 15 years ago. This is too painful. The track is super fun though and I love when my legs hang
