I been "jammin" this tune the last few weeks with a guitar player. I wasnt happy with my strumming pattern. I love this....especially when he plays that "B".........it sounds so wrong to my ear. Sounds like it is flat....but yet, i love the sound of it.
This was technically the first Batman video game I ever played. I thought it was decent to good until I played the Batman Arkham franchise. It's weird to think about how many fun superhero games existed before Rocksteady broke the mold with their version of Batman. I can think of a few games besides this one that weren't terrible, but weren't incredible either. Games like the 2 Fantastic Four games, The Punisher, Ghost Rider, and Spawn Armageddon come to mind. Activision's Spider-Man 2 is a rare exception
Ok, so , I have to tell it : Bill's bass line is a killer. Probably playing his homemade fretless bass, listen to the end of the tune.. Huge sound, strength, taste, Bill Wyman.
the intro was clearly the nasal sound of the Dan Armstrong plexi guitar with one of his ampeg. the pickups seems like the rock treble and not the humbucker prototipe which is more probably used on brown sugar
I don't know- to me this is just an ok song. The fuzz tone doesn't really add anything to the sound of the bass and I can't help think they should've just kept it clean in the mix. I was actually surprised at how good Woody's lead guitar came out, (if it is him) as this is one of the only instances of that happening since Mick Taylor split back in '75. The lead off track (Angry) is fantastic though, and it's hard to believe the Stones came off with such an incredible song or album this late in their careers. Thanks for posting this.
