Great video as always Dave, braw looking Cow's, how many have you got ?? The situation of our shearing season is has not been great due raining again, and got 20 next door and 60 for friend's before harvest. ☹️👍
Struggled with the other farm's silage 2 weeks ago, rain, wind, (it didn't help with filling the trailers or the sheeting on the pit) but most of all, the endless brake downs of the so called dealer checked forager that was bought last year for £20k 😳 then £800 to check and service this season!!!!, it took 2 days to finish 32 acres.. unbelievable 🙄 will post pictures to you later today. 🙂👍
Greenhouse is looking good Dave shame about the seedlings that didn't grow, don't know of any things you could grow in June 🤔 I know my neighbour plants onions shallots in October?? I think.. the rhubarb will get there. 🙂👍
Aye you canney beet a sawbench, so much faster, but the chainsaw is the only thing to cut down trees or big lumber, especially with my cheap Chinese Mitox chainsaw despite it's meant to be mixed 50:1 but I mix 25:1 probably why it's lasted longer:!!😄 I didn't know you had a log splitter, is it tractor driven ?, as for the stainless steel test, it's simple get a magnet, if it doesn't stick it's stainless, and if it sticks it's steel. Are still feed cows!?! 😮 Thought there would of been plenty of grass for them by now.🙂👍
Cover that mairs tail with black plastic and leave it for a long time it will eventually kill the roots horrible stuff to get rid of at least you will have cabbage to go with your mince and spuds now😂
Looking good so far Dave 👌, even 1 Cabbage is better than none, as far Marestail, ohhhhh nooo 😮, a weed that is next to impossible to get rid of, one of our family dug them out by hand with roots 2 foot deep and made sure he never missed out the whole root as they can regrow, the only solution I could think of is search on RU-vid how to get rid of it or just line the floor with plastic and just plant with pot's, I don't have the patience to dig every one out. 🙄👍
G day from Ontario Canada If I gave u good ice cream everyday for 3 months & then I gave u poor quality U would probably eat It is change. Same as good quality hay & poor Thanks
Great video as always Dave 👍 is the cow's out yet on the pastures? Had some out this week but grass is very slow to grow due to this crappy cold weather and straw is hard to come by, you should do a video of servicing the good old Nuffield for next time, do her proud, Jimmy certainly reminds me of Trouble. 🙂🦮👍
Finally started getting stuff on yesterday. They all get serviced before first cut, usually by dad when I'm working. If we do it when I'm at home I'll try to record some stuff, I'm usually plastered in oil and can't unlock my phone 😂
Good evening squire... hope your keeping well .. nice seeing a bit of sun.... we are needing warmer weather our way to get the cattle out.. stay safe 🏴
