@@ChyeLove I'm definitely looking forward to the next one I love this such a wholesome conversation especially when you spoke on being mindful of who we have as support when we are in the valleys because with the wrong people it can prolong how we are consciously or subconsciously in the valley this is literally what Ive been coming to terms with recently. Love this so much you have no idea how much this resonated with my spirit and what I'm currently going through 💕🙏🏾✨🦋
This is amazing and so relatable and I'm loving the examples you've touched on because I can relate to spiritual abuse and church hurt but I've also learnt that we as individuals are the church and one individuals mistakes doesn't sum up the mistake of everyone else's and I'm just loving that these are topics that aren't always touched on I appreciate the rawness and the authenticity as well as the reality of what we face in society.
@@Serenitysoulintuition I agree, we are the church ! and forgiveness is what keeps us growing & going 🌸 I appreciate your voice 🫶🏽 thank you for sharing your wisdom as well. 💗
And take in mind, we have to get the professional help we need in order to IDENTIFY what our triggers are. I wasn't always in a place where I didn't respond irrationally to my triggers. Being able to identify and move accordingly BEFORE I was completely triggered took a LOT of work.
