Those signs for Kobach and Vote Yes are illegally placed on state right of way and therefore in violation of the law. State law prohibits them on state right of way a city ordinance on signage cannot override state law
The mother is at least equally responsible. She made multiple children in which she was unwilling and incapable of providing care. She may not be directly responsible for her death, but she was responsible for her creation and miserable life and thus also her death. And being 'young' is no excuse. I had my son, and only child - not multiple more, when I was 18 and raised him on my own despite having had a miserable childhood myself. If you won't take care of your children, stop having them.
