The jist of it is that he is singing the song to a friend or family member that immigrated. He is asking how are they doing and tells them how things are here back home in SA. He also notes that he misses the people and that he is sad that he did not spend more time with them before they left. He then just wishes them well and sends them blessings and hopes all will go well wherever they are. This song is truely a masterpiece
