@@cgk845 Use the tile editor such as YY-CHR, open the ROM, search for the 0x46000-0x5DFFF. To edit palettes, use the palette editor, open the ROM, and search for the 0x79B94, 0x79BB4, 0x79E94, and 0x79254 for the US version and 0x79FF8, 0x7A018, 0x7A2F8, and 0x796B8 for the European version.
The metasprite coordinates are in signed 2-byte values ranging from 0000-7FFF for positive values and 8000-FFFF for negative values. The color values use the 2-byte 0BGR data and only read the even hex numbers. The right nibble of the left byte represents blue and the left and right nibbles of the right byte represent green and red.

It'll use the later Enduro Racer setup with YM2151, YM2203 and SegaPCM or the OutRun/Super Hang-On setup with YM2151 and SegaPCM and the instruments and samples from the first game while keeping the same tones and patterns as the Genesis original and better than the Mark V remake from the Genesis Mini 2.
Space Harrier 2 Master System port will use the same engine as Space Harrier 1 or Space Harrier 3D with scaled-down enemies, bosses and obstacles using the background layer. The player still uses the sprite layer.
