Did mine today wasn’t tha bad 30 minutes I’m more worried about then results yeah it’s uncomfortable but it’s quick plus ur legs are out and they give u a thing to press to let them know to stop I wanted them to be done quick cause i want to figure out what’s wrong with my brain hopefully nothing
The machine is big enough for one to feel comfortable, and you could see both ends of the machine and notice that it's not that lengthy. Even if the fear is there, let it be, my advice is to let whatever comes into surface, without resistance , or forcing to feel good, you will naturally feel good, your body is intelligent enough to self regulate itself. Always remember the internal strength that each and every one of you has. We are powerful beyond measure, beyond measure 🤍 and through such experience, we are then able to truly feel our strength and resilience
Pls like this comment to get it on the top of the comments for everyone to read coz its important. I suggest you get used to that knee position first before getting an mri. I normally rest my knee when lying down elevated and a little sidewards(45°) but during mri you need to position it elevated and 90° straight. Mine failed 2 times today coz my knee was not comfortable to that position. It gets stiff after 5 minutes and started twitching and shaking. They told me that I will have to pay again after the 3rd try coz the time it will take for the exam was not enough anymore and theres the next patient scheduled already. I didnt try the 3rd time coz I know I really cant do it. Good thing I get a refund. They suggested too that I take the exam while sleeping but it cost double the price, its ridiculous. I will take the exam again next month after getting comfortable on that knee position.
I had this. Made it through it. It had the effect of a car accident on my body. My back was spasmodic for days. I felt worse than what I was getting checked out for.Not at this place however.
Brain MRI’s reveal Egg forms. Channels. Blood flow. Hemispheres. We have to keep the skull [shell*] from cracking. To incubate life. An egg is a shell, a ball of power ups [food] and the genome. The brain MRI’s appear like an egg. The channels, are the main reason. Like beating up egg whites. There’s also darkness. Resources. But the primary thing are the hemispheres. Left and right channels, results, Why CT scans are read by a technician. You’re building a geodesic dome. The egg which is insulated grows defenses. That form it. The white and yellow of the egg. Are the fuel for the genome. The genome transforms. Like power. Eggs do that too. They are power ups. The genome feast. G
I had a mri yesturday without contrast in the uk No one spoken to me at all while I was in the scan and I could still hear the noises with headphones load! Closed my eyes the hole time as if I had them opened I might of panicked.

I need an mri done and i couldn't do it today. I didn't think i was claustrophobic until they put me in the machine. I am a bigger women and i felt like I was in a very tight coffin. I had a car accident a few months back and I think maybe my claustrophobia came from that. I wonder if I had like heavy medication for anxiety I'd be okay
I’ve had several MRIs and they really are no big deal! Just remember that they don’t take that long and you are working with wonderful awesome professionals they wouldn’t let nothing happen to you 0:22 0:25
@zzZee13 weird. At first, it feels like your body wants to tear apart. But than after that, u feel relaxed. U want to sleep. But u can't. THE machine makes noises that goes to the attena. It's very loud.
For anyone going in for a knee MRI, and is claustrophobic (like I am) here are some tips that helped me! 1. You will not be all the way inside the MRI machine, your chest & up will be sticking out. (So you’re going feet first) 2. If you can’t keep your eyes closed, focus on a spot on the ceiling. 3. DO NOT LOOK INTO THE TUBE. & Control your breathing so you don’t freak out. Breathe in and count to 4 slowly, exhale and count to 5 slowly. 4.Keep telling yourself that if you need out, you have the option to press the grey ball but you will not. It’s mind over matter. Hope this helps ya’ll! Ya’ll got this!
I just had a brain and neck mri today. I declined contrast because of the side effects it may cause. It was not uncomfortable at all but the knocking noises do make u feel a little uneasy at times. Depending on images, the machine works in 5 min intervals. Mine lasted 20 min. It's very important that you remain still... even try not to cough... otherwise they'll have to restart that interval depending on where you're at in the exam time. Good luck to you all on your findings.
One day, I woke up with severe headaches and became dizzy when I stood up... even while lying down sometimes. Faint feeling. It lasted 7 days straight. Then, I was prescribed Naproxen and it slowly went away. ER doc said it just came from a viral infection/ cold virus that my children recently had. So, everything came back clear. Hope all is well with you.
Guys i have done it it was really easy nothing to worry about Tip: just search in youtube mri sounds and put headphones and listen to sounds while close your eyes. It’s just like that. Nothing to worry
I have CROHNS DISEASE and i got MRI IV CONTRAST and Drank 3 17 OZ Breeza Drinks before MRI IV CONTRAST. Do you do alot of MRI IV CONTRAST with people with Crohns Disease?????
My husband just got one and he's a big guy. Also being claustrophobic didn't help. He wore ear protection and laid down with his head in a helmet thing. Then they pulled the front of the mask down like a window shade. He closed his eyes ...hard. then the noise started. He said it was bad for him anxiety and everything...and he prayed and talked to God. He made it. You will too. CANCER SUCKS. God bless.
Just had an MRI this morning now here’s a good pointer for anyone with piercings…. Before trying to rip your … ears, nose, nips etc…. Get yourself a magnet if it doesn’t stick to the magnet you’re perfectly fine..

i know this is crazy, but can you scan two people brain while they are having sex, just to let artificial intelligent to understand sex in human perspective. computer need to understand things that we cant use wards to describe them to it. then have few people who are hungry and feed them different food, drinks, alcohol, drugs etc while recording their brain in real time. with this you might discover what combination of chemical will give you almost sexual sensation. also the artificial intelligence will learn human in detail, very soon people are going to be jobless and as a civilization we need things to keep them busy otherwise tutauana tu. secondly with this data you might design a game that people will be playing while wearing a reversed engineer brain scan, imagine if you can play a online computer game while enjoying sexual pleasure. plz note the artificial intelligence will learn and engineering its parameters to make the game pleasurable, in that while playing it will make sure you enjoy but you never ejaculate either as a woman or men. this will huck so many people that will otherwise be involving themselves in crime. this raise the equation can artificial brain learn from this and program itself in future to experience equivalent of sexual partners of code in its brain.
