I went to Supakart yesterday, they have improved ALOT and the staff that are there now are great. The karts are serviced better and so is the track, it was an absolutely great time overall.
I could believe that in 4ish years of progress. If they ever invited me down, I would be more than happy to talk about it with them and get rid of this video.

Someone did it too me I cut round him on a sharp u turn using the inner area and he bumped into me but I used the nitro button and it made him spin out and he got black flagged
Went for the first time last night, open session and fastest lap i had was 39.953... enjoyed like hell so will definitely be looking at becoming a social member
Lydd is one of those tracks that rewards full commitment and aggressive driving to extract laptime so without doing practice it was always going to be a struggle. Give me a shout if you need some seat time in practice for the rest of the season. I've got tests booked for all of them and happy to let you have some time to get your eye in. Very unlucky with the B final start. I've seen the footage from behind, nothing you could have done, there were two people inside you and one drove into a gap that was closing and drove over your radiator.
Thank you for the offer! Sadly I am missing Llandow for a clash with an international event and that's my closest event 😆 The B final was unfortunate. I was very surprised when I was told I couldn't go back out. Generally you can just get another kart and dot around out of everybody's way! I don't blame them, though it was their kart being trashed. . I will keep testing in mind and see what goes, appreciate the view as ever and see you soon 😃
Really glad you held up everyone behind you by managing to defend when you were in 9th because I had an absolute dog kart in that race and they probably would have caught up to me too since i was slower than middleweights on the straights due to the kart having no straight line speed. I qualified 2nd in the A and dropped to 8th because of that kart lol
The kart was probably even worse however being very lightweight you were able to get enough out of it to not be a disaster! It's like that sometimes 😃😃
Yesterday I had similar experience. Guy was pushing me into walls at any overtake attempt so I had to go on brakes in order to avoid crashing into it. Then I managed to get onto his inside in one hairpin and was kind of wide on the exit so there was no space for him to go. Do you think he hit the brakes? No he hit the wall and almost flew of the kart... And guess who got "the talk" afterwards. Yep it was me. Am I the asshole?
For three heats you have to start with a 'fair' set of positions. There were 28 drivers split into 2 groups with 14 in each race Heat. My starts were 6th (middle), 1st (front) and 14th (back). Another driver might have a 2nd, 5th, 13th. Another driver might have 3rd, 4th, 12th. I never enjoy the back starts!
I got kicked out of a kartingcentre like this because of this situation. Guy constantly turned left in a righthand corner when i was beside him. I had enough of it and left a bit of space... and at the first right hand corner i floored the throttle behind him while he was braking, sending him extremely hard into the barrier. Got out of my kart, and stomped his helmet with my foot. Gave my thumbs up to him and left the track.
Looking forward to trying Red Lodge out. Not sure on the headcam situation. I have a chest mount but if you watch my Three Sisters 2022 video - it sucked!
