What's up fellas! I am a 27 year old living in San Diego, California. I post videos about my running, making/trying new food, my love for coffee, health and wellness and being a bit chaotic. Come along for the wild ride!
Hi Emma, I can relate a lot to your experience as a college runner who ran my final race not even 2 months ago. It's honestly so freeing to live life without worrying about every decision (food, sleep, recovery) and how it will affect my season. It's such a niche experience to transition from competitive running to "normal life" but it is so validating to see videos like this one talking about it. Thank you for posting <3
Hahahaha. I hope your bf makes enough money to quilll the $thirst$ of todays spoiled modern american woman. ( ive looked at some of your vids) Did daddy buy you the cervelo?
Been missing your podcasts for my walks and runs. But your relationship with food and your body overtime has always been a role model for me in my recovery and thank you
Great to hear this update, Emma! I saw on IG you were in West Chester!😮 That's where I live omg! If you move to the East coast that would be so cool! OG fella here!
Love the update:) do you have any intention to return to the podcast? I support you either way haha, but I have been wondering if/when the next Convo Over Cold Brew may happen;)
I love your updates, Emma! With being 27 also and a runner in college and now trying to figure out life after, you are so relatable!! ❤ It definitely helps to not feel alone, as sad as that might sound 😂
Gotta move in two days, apartment is a mess.... lets go bike riding! Hey! Work first, then play. You need to move to Clermont Florida (just outside of Orlando) to Wellness Way where Olympus is being created. Clermont has the Olympic training facilities. Olympus is being built with training facilities, stadiums, field house, housing for athletes, etc. And Wellness Way is the community that is being built around Olympus. They are building 15,000 houses and another 1800 acres just opened up. State park across the street. Miles and miles of Bike, running, and hiking paths. Small town feel yet everything is here. 15 minutes from Disney World. An hour from the beach. Coast-to-coast bike trail. Tons of lakes with lake beaches. Not sure what ginger's career is but there has to be something here (it is the biggest growth in the state). Make everyone jealous because you live where other people vacation.
