In my opinion, even after all this time, this game solidified the most heinous thing Eggman had ever done. Not only was he the reason Sonic had to destroy Emerl after he went out of control on the Death Egg and tried to destroy Earth, but Eggman then proceeded to take Emerl's remains and use him as Gemerl. And then in a sick twist of fate, Gemerl came into contact with the seven Chaos Emeralds and went out of control once again, forcing Sonic to have to put him out of his misery one last time. Not only was Eggman the reason Emerl had to die to begin with, but he proceeded to bring him back and force Sonic and co. to fight him once more. And this song proves who it really is-- It's Emerl, calling out to Sonic one last time, his original self shining through. And that's what makes this battle so goddamn *painful* to have to fight. Eggman's not done anything even nearly this sinister in a very long time. It's cruelty beyond anything he's ever done before in the games.
If I could I would beg Sega to remake both Sonic Rushes or at least do a Rush 3. Or a collection with the Advance games, Call it Sonic Advance Rush collection.
if anything fascinated me in the Sonic Generations ost its the bass slap used in a variety of it, and dont get me wrong just about every sonic game has an amazing soundtrack
what does frontrunning mean (i know what it means in-game) does being in 1st place change the music in this game???? edit: i just watched a video about it and i am amazed
I don't know why people are hating on this remix. I think it's a great remix! Yeah, it doesn't have the same punch as the original. But it's FAR from a bad remix.
