Good luck in your acting career and very glad to see a play about the great Irish hero leader in Ireland s war of Independence and very glad of the big response to the play
Sadly, Jimmy passed away peacefully on 14 April. He was my uncle, and his twin brother Barney, my father. Jimmy was one of the good ones, and always brought happiness to those around him. Seamus, my family and I love the video, and we played the audio of it during the ceremony in the funeral home today. Thank you
So sad to hear the news of Jimmy's passing but so delighted that we were able to bring Seamus on board in our Through The Window project to pay tribute to Jimmy's great life. Our sincerest sympathies to you Pat and all the family
Pat Caffrey My condolences to you and yours upon the passing of your beloved Uncle Jimmy. I'm an American of Irish descent , and I hear clearly the cadences of speech and expressions used by my grandparents - some of which have passed over into my own. I am currently having one of my great great grandfathers researched professionally by a genealogy service of good repute. James O'Connor was a Leitrim man, and I want to know as much as I can about him.
This is awesome Emer, and Mr. Crosby! You sound a lot like your uncle Bing, and would do him proud, sir! Thanks so much for talking to me in Facebook today. The next time Affiniti Music comes to the USA, if they do not come to Omaha, I WILL be flying out to the Great Northwest!!! 🍀💚👏👏👏
Thanks so much for your positive feedback. We're thrilled you enjoyed it. Keep your eyes peeled as we'll have more from Seamus and other artists to follow in the coming weeks 😊
beautiful little video. i knew liam since i was a little gossin as i grew up just a few doors down from him in 22 derryhaun. very sad to hear of liams passing this morning. he was a great character and used to greet me every day with "howaya hitler" I probably was a little bit of a hitler though in all fairness😂 liam looked after "our end" of derryhaun all year round with the chores or mowing the grass for us to play football and hurling, clipping hedges retrieving footballs out of the conker trees. He actually made a ball retrieving stick for us that must have been at least 20 foot long to reach the top of the trees. it worked a treat, but he frightened the shite out of us one day when a mink decided to come from the plantin amd climb one of the trees and out came the 20 foot stick to get the mink, we weren't too long scarpering i tell ya. He was always busy in the garden, always doing something, always lending a hand to help if he could. The summers back then in the early 90's seemed to go on forever and the sun splitting the stones, it was a great place to grow up and i miss it at times. RIP Liam. Ar Dheis de go raibh a ainm.
