I think the aliens theme ride that Michael eisner wanted would've work better if It was at Universal studios because there are some rides there that are not family friendly like the mummy
FYI buzzy was in attraction at Epcot called cranial command That is now how do I put it nicely extinct but some people during special vents have sneaked into the room to find buzz animatronic still in there but a few years ago, somebody stole it and Disney’s having a hard time tracking it down. But they are suspecting a person who is previously stolen Buzzy clothes and haunted mansion stuff for over 300 K to this day nobody knows where Buzzy is, but if any of you have any information, please speak don’t be quiet and may the force be with you
Oh My God! Up until this moment, I literally thought The Mother Goose Rockin Rhyme was a weird dream I had 😂😂😂😂 Damn that was REAL?!?! WHAT THE HELL?! 😂😂😂
I remember going to this in 1979 I think I was home sick from school. I only wanted to see Cylons. On the tram as we stopped Lou Ferrighno was in full makeup green everywhere but his pants he cane to the tram but I was very confused why was he wearing ballet shoes? Dad told me he's got to run or walk on the ground it would hurt his feet. That made no sense. The Hulk wouldn't have hurt feet. He had to have been real I could see him. I was in the 3rd grade then so the fantasy reality thing was still being understood.
My friend & I really enjoyed The Adventurers Club. We bought the TShirts with the creed of the Club on them. We tried to memorize The Creed. We went to The Club each time we went on vacation to Walt Disney World in The 90s
these days, the country bear jamboree at magic kingdom is being turned into country bear musical jamboree, a new show where the bears sing disney songs
His sleeping with human women creeped me right on out. I was a kid then and had to wonder what that would even look like. None of what i imagined was appealing. Never a furry i guess.
I will never tire of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory. Even if it’s not a verbatim adaptation, it still feels timeless and has a lot of charm and humour. Gene Wilder is legendary as Wonka. I’m not really fond of the 2005 version, but I can sort of dig how it leans into the more twisted aspects of the story, and the biggest shame is that Tim Burton didn’t get to adapt the insanity of Charlie & the Great Glass Elevator.
I grew up with this I do think the pacing was too slow, the whole food fight and rufio stuff. That being said I really liked the premise and It was distinct
I have been on a mission since I was 11 to find the music from this ride. I loved the music; the mashup of the different themes was always a joy to listen to, but I've never been able to find the track, or even the composer of the ride.
My mom wasn't a fan of me watching this as a kid (and didn't let me watch it often, probably so I wouldn't pick up on the dirty jokes😅), but I loved it. Even back then I was like "Its so real! There's shadows! How did they do that?" And the concept of cartoon characters and cartoon physics fully integrated with real life blew my little mind
I'll be honest, I never liked RR (maybe because it was shown when I was very young) but what the team who worked on this film achieved, is impressive. animation is typically the "this is going to be painful, but we'll do it" genre. it was proven once again. excellent documentary!
I hate how they "toned" down the ride. Seriously, growth, character building, can't have that is a Disney... anything. I swear Disney has made a generation of safe and pansified kids. The classic Grimm tales are the way to go, to be fair though, the earlier Disney films were the only ones I liked as a kid. Snow White was one of the few, partly because of how scared I was of The Witch.
It's sad that practical effects on that level don't get done anymore. Child's Play is really the only series still using practical effects a lot. I wish more movies would go back to using more practical effects. I'm sick of CGI fests in every movie now.
