To do hard things, in pursuit of bringing glory to THE FATHER and away from myself; to wake up everyday ready to practice discipline in the skills i have, learn new ones, and motivate others to do the same.
Replay crew here, awesome discussion the part on the swords was great and the conversation on brotherly love and finding fellowship was a good thing to end on. Every one always forgets about that, and it’s ok to be at a different stage in your walk and have different opinions.
Set alarms on your phone at the top and bottom of the hour from the time you wake up to when you go to bed. Do 10, or however many. 6a-10p is 16 hours x 20pu/hr = 320pu/day. If you can do more, do more. Alternate between PU days, Squat days, sit up days. Change hand placement, change stance, change type of sit ups (crunches, bicycles, V ups, etc…)
Just a screwdriver?! Not a ProTech?! lol, I always have my SBR… It’s cool that they give you pieces of rebar - pretty neat idea!! Probably could’ve used a bag of like pea gravel to help fill em up, hindsight is 20/20!! -MM🐭
Good discussion brothers. It's been hitting home for me. My boss and I have come to a point to where I have been told to dust off my feet as a testimony to make it simple. And now that my inheritance that I have gained from my dad's loss was hard work. He was always a dedicated hard working man with his hands. He was only 57 so it can happen anytime Abba says so. I'm working on building up an inheritance for my children's children now.
This is another gem. I felt this one. As someone who had been neglecting his spiritual pillar for so long, this tracks. Be strong in mind, body and spirit. Let’s go do hard things!
Breath in the Scriptures so often refers to life. Yah breathed life into Adam. Messiah breathed on the 11/12 to give them the Spirit. Great word as usual brother.
Since March when I received my first copy of the Scriptures, I’ve opened my Book almost everyday (5-7days/week). It’s an intentional life change that I find very necessary. Praise Yah. Thank you for the good word here, bud. Cheers.
