I have to do this job a second time. Ugh. Upgrading HVAC blower anyway. Is that a dash cover you have? Any chance you live near south east USA? Either way, would like to chat. Could show you all the stuff I did to my convertible.
The exhaust was definitely horrifying, there were a LOT of bad exhausts back in the early 2000's. But man, this is FAR from a "girls" bike, whatever that means. I wonder if you rode bikes when this video was shot? Because you definitely did not know how to ride an older Ninja.
Also not sure if you do ur own work or not, but i’d recommend buying your own parts before taking it to a shop, and have them install it if you can’t do it because they like to use EXPENSIVE parts. My shop was gonna charge me $150 PER COIL, i just bought a whole set off american muscle for $90, and a different shop installed it for me, i only paid $90 in labor, so total $180. No more misfiring, but these are cheap so i’ll have to see how they hold up… I plan to do the same when my spark plugs go bad. I don’t have a garage or a driveway or the tools plus i’m freakin lazy 😅
So your not putting added pressure on connections so they stay leak free.....this shows how stupid MOST people are......only allowed at cost co when lines are long ...... whats worse about this clip.....is that man votes.....and is most likey a liberal.....
I've been listening to EX500 reviews and all you young whipper snappers call it a standard seating position, which it most certainly is not. Standard position is what a UJM, or universal Japanese motorcycle had. For example: the original Honda CB750K or CB450, For a Triumph Bonneville original or from the '90s and 2000s, or just sit at your dining room table on a dining room chair and put your forearms on the table with your back slightly leaning forward or nearly straight up. Motorcycle riders can agree on a sport riding position with clip-ons and rear set foot pegs. But they can't bring themselves to add the in-between seating position which I call a sporty seating position: Like on the SV650, the Bandit 600 and 1200, the Honda Hornet 600 and 919, and yes the Ninja 250 and 500! These all have lean forward but not on clip-ons, and slightly rear set foot pegs, I said slightly. The Ninja 500 doesn't even have regular handlebars, it has the equivalent of raised clip-on bars. I would even go along with calling this a sport riding position before I would call it a standard position. And then you could call the sport bikes what they actually are: track bikes. Today's sport bikes have way more in common with modern race bikes. And I'm also old enough to remember what it meant to go into town on cruise night. You would never ever say that someone going highway speeds was cruising. So no, going 65 mph on a sport/sporty bike on a highway, is not cruising!
nope, high performance brakes make those sounds, very common, they’re not interested in being quiet, just stopping. Now that roll cage on the other hand, that thing is sad as hell.
My brother in christ that was the most stock and easily the cheapest version of a mustang, no ones impressed now pass up a GTR with anti lag and we can all talk
@@MotoTaco it's not. You were barely getting to 110, those cars have over 300hp and can go 160 no problem. You didn't out accelerate a GT, especially if it was a on a track with possible mods. He was most likely on a trial run or learning the track, not full throttle.
🤡🤡 what do you think ‘SI’ stickers mean on the side. Look up nasa spec iron. This Miata is also swapped so it’s not stock. Click the related video. But ya go ahead and say I’m lying, the guy that experienced this and walked around the pits talking to everyone.
@@MotoTaco You're an absolute clown. I know it's swapped, and it's somewhat quick. But you're insane if you think it's any faster than a mustang GT. I even complimented you but you clearly chose to be rude, and you added stupidity on top of it. Barely 5mph / s acceleration, slowing down to less than 3mph / s and you think he's flooring it. Sorry dude, you're incorrect. Experienced my ass.
car people finally realizing "ceramic nano graphene 100$ gigga coating" is literally the same thing as concreate sealant in small bottles. you know if its advertised on yt the margins are like 100x and you can find it from china for pennies on the dollar
