Have you ever watched you tubers. The style coach (Sara). ? Or watched Your Color Style ( Jen ) I keep learning SOoooo much from these videos. It’s like an online Art course class
ohh interesting. I have not watched either of those channels. Colour style confuses me so much 😅 I don’t feel like I have energy towards trying to understand and pick my wardrobe accordingly 😅 Have you tried following their tips? If so, how is it working out for you?
You did great in this project! I loved the UD Naked palette when it came out because there weren't a lot of neutral palettes like it and at the time UD was the "it" brand. Now I really don't think it's worth it, especially at the price 😱😅
@@CarolynNichole89 Thank you so much dear ❤️🌸💖 ohh yeahhh absolutely 😃 especially we both like to wear colourful shades, this palette doesn’t make sense for us. Only thing I like is the packaging for nostalgic purposes 🤣
Oh yea i cant really use it on my eyes bc it gets all chunky and disgusting even after putting eyeshadow on. The only primer thats worked for me is the smashbox one. Even the ud primer potion looks highly questionable.
@@trinahughes1230 Thank you dear🌸💖 It is so interesting how different products work on different people 😯 It creases on my lid if I wear it on it’s own but If I set it or put other matt eyeshadows or shimmers on top, they last all day on me. But I guess eyeshadows don’t crease on me even if I wear them without any base except a few shimmers

@@dora_makeup Thank you Dora 💖🌸💖🌸 Yeah It wasn’t really working for me especially in summer. Also I finished other cream products in Project Pan and I didn’t have any more products to divide between this project and project pan. I would highly recommend ditching some projects ❤️🌸💖❤️🌸💖 it really takes lot of weight off
Oh, I really like your nail polish!!! I really don't blame you for ending this early. If these products aren't as big of a problem as they used to be and can easily be rolled into other projects, it makes complete sense. Good decision to not get the palette. My sister in law actually bought me the palette right when they "discontinued" it, so now I'll have to pan it at some point. 🤦♀

I think it makes sense to stop at this point. I never bothered with this project because I don't have many creams so the project would just be using all of my products over and over. 😅
I am glad you liked it. I mostly wore Rodeo Drive on my outer lids blended into outer corner shade, wearing different lighter shimmers on inner part of lid. It looks beautiful as all over the lid shade too. I would however put another lighter shimmer in centre of my lid to give it more dimension.
2 nail polish empties is incredible!! 👏👏👏 that’s a pity about that brown polish going bad, such a pretty colour! ✨ I’ve also been struggling with my ETP shades 🫣 great idea to hand select, might do that too for the next update 💖😘
@@dora_makeup Thank you so much dear ❤️❤️🌸🌸💖💖 These nail paint are sitting for too long with a lot usage, just needed the final push. I struggle reaching for so many different palettes for a single shade, that’s why selecting them from palettes in existing projects work for me 😃😍😘
The pan on your powder looks so perfect. 🤩 you’re so close on that gorgeous franken powder!! 💕 well done on finishing your brow pencil!!! 🎉 that’s so many uses on the franken lipstick! 💄 I’m so late on watching updates, 😅 can’t wait to see your next update on this pp 😘
I also find the naked palette packaging super nostalgic but i heard that the velvet texture doesnt hold up to heavy use and might hold onto dust and other things that would be hard to clean. If youre able to see it in person to feel and also swatch the shades in person that might help your decision. Otherwise you might be buying a $59 decoration piece and you can decide if thats worth it for you. 😅
@@Theimpulsivepanner That is so true. Velvet ones are hard to maintain. I have 2 ABH palettes with velvet packaging and they are notorious to get dirty, the packaging is magnet to dust. Absolutely, It would just be a decor piece for me as I really don’t care about colour story
I've never owned the original naked palette, but I have owned the two of the naked basics palettes and was not impressed with the shadows. For reference, my favorite formulas are natasha denona and colourpop. I found the urban decay mattes dry and stiff, while the shimmers were very boring and satin. I like my mattes creamy and pigment and my shimmers to be super sparkly and vibrant.

Congrats on levelling up! Your palette looks so well loved 😍🩷✨🙏 I was also going to recommend Amber F’s latest video about the UD naked palette, she says it’s very dupable. However, I think if you want to gift yourself this palette, for your younger self, this could be so sweet. 💕🥹✨ Edit: you could always just pan some of it & then franken the rest & reuse the packaging for all eternity ✨

Omg you must have gotten sick of Stoned Vibes by the time you were done! I recently bought the Subculture palette from a friend that had never used it. I’m curious to see the looks that you come up with. I could use some inspiration ❤
@@TooMuchEyeshadowMomma I thought so too. But I was able to incorporate shades from this palette in my everyday looks and they paired well with other eyeshadows too. So I didn’t get overwhelmed at all. Awww 🥰 thanks dear. I will try to do as many looks as I can exclusively from this palette
Try finding dupes for the Naked shadows within your own collection and use them. Buying it just for the packaging will be a waste of your money. If you only want the packaging someone could give you theirs as a collectible

the pans in urban decay stoned palette 🤩🤩🤩 all the best for level 5❤ also i am in split about urban decay original palette, i love cool tones but i also love impactful shimmers and from what i hear and based on the palettes i have from urban decay the shimmers are really easy to use but not very vibrant… so confusion 😂

Hi, i have the naked and even if there is better formula at a sheapier Price i know that i Will buy It again, i know this is insane but i'm nostalgic and every look with It IS a win for me. But in another way, Amber F has said with reason that's a lot of palette sheapier ans with best quality. I think at the Natasha glam palette. And personaly the 16 pans Neutral by beauty bay is nearly dupe and Lost versatile, ans the shimmers more impactful

I have the Naked palette and at first didn’t love it but then as I learned that I prefer cool toned shades I’ve been really enjoying/loving it. With that said, as someone that used to love warm toned shades, it felt like the palette wasn’t appealing to me at all and at times regretted getting it. So if you prefer warm toned shades, perhaps it’ll feel like that palette is lacking something.

Hi Ravneet! I've never owned a Naked palette, but I feel like if you're not excited about the color story you can find something better to spend your $$ on than trying to buy a memory If it's neutrals you're looking for, maybe one of the newer cosmic beauty ones would be good if one of those speaks to you? I personally think their formula is excellent Great progress as always!
@@ariacaitlin That is soooo true. No point in trying to buy a memory when I know I won’t enjoy it as much as I would have when I truly wanted it. oooh I love those cosmic beauty palettes 😍 I might buy one in future. For now I have plenty of neutrals to deal with😅
@@PanTings I just watched Amber F's video about the Naked palette. She does a GRWM and talks about the colors and formula and compares it to the original she panned 10 years ago.
I downloaded this video so I could watch it while I walked to get cat litter. It really helped me keep my mind off how hot it is out. Plus you did an amazing job! Only 5 lipsticks left! And that fun lipstick is really good. Love her.
