Man I can only think how the GoT television show did House Tyrell dirty with their cheap and ridiculous looking armor in the later season. Now Ser Loras Tyrell's jousting armor in season one? That was a thing of beauty
Really like the added moss/static grass really helps make these minis pop. Black Panthers base is pretty good , but alot of the other ones are pretty blah/plain (just rocks/rubble) Adding tufts etc really help !

Very good work mike! Have you moved away from the zenithal painting and switched over to just black primer? Super new painter her. Ordering all the stuff you recommend this week. I am super excited. this video made me sad at the end. cant find my beloved Krylon Matt spray in Australia anymore :( Had to switch to Montana Gold Matt Varnish which is great and at $14 is cheaper than the other hobby varnishes ($20-30 AUD), the Krylon I could only use to get at $25AUD (Yay, Australia tax - which is the extra we seem to always pay above and beyond the straight exchange conversion rate)

These are awesome. Its a shame its so niche. I have a question about storage. After you do the bases do you still store them in the plastic containers that they came in or do you have another solution. I would feel so paranoid about the gravel and texture coming off inside the trays.
I totally just keep them in the game trays. The texture doesn’t come off but the occasional bit of ballast will come off, but it’s nothing to be worried about.

Fantastic video! For one, I think you did amazing job on the models, but I want to shout out how well you made your video. I love the steady, clear close up shots. Some people use sped up shots a video that don't really let you see what's happening. I love that you also show the model in between steps to show the progress. Great stuff! Love seeing the Marvel zombie stuff too.
This guide was super helpful. Finally getting into my 2 boxes of Rose Knights. . I had to substitute the metallic primer with a tamiya light grey. I did all the messy dry brushing/washing/ and highlights of the metal first. Before finishing up with with all the cloth and cleaner bits. Thanks for the inspiration!
