I don't understand what you want to prove with this video. This is not the normal situation in Italy, but the exception of a specific part of a city, Naples, that has no equal in Italy. However, I have never heard of tourists being stabbed by Italians. You're a little bit biased.

5:45 Don’t, absolutely DONT!. Organized crime doesnt want anything to do with tourist specially US tourist, they don’t want to attract the US government attention. And if they think you’re just a homeless and they dont know your background they will take you to interrogate who you are (they dont know if youre an opposite rival sent as a spy). They dont care about gringos and tourist because theyre business. they care if rival want to make advancements to their territories. Specially up north where the control for border is absolutely full of value. How do i know? ive lived here all my life, not just a tourist.
I am sure its not polite to comment a second time but I thought of a few things that Americans always want to know/do.I lived in Cuernavaca for about 6 months and I Love it there. If you go there you should get in on a taxi ride (unbelievably cheap) and ask your driver if he would act as your tour guide. They always know the best off the beaten path places. Our driver (for four people) took us everywhere...in the city and suburbs for $65 plus the cost of one museum ticket for him. We were gone all day and he was totally cool. They are cacti plural for cactus (no shade, I didn't know either. Mexicans build their homes as they have the money to do so...this is why you see all of those cement block structures everywhere. 6:50 The sidewalks are designed like that so the curb ramps can be curb tight where pedestrians need to drop off at the vehicle level. It is standard design. As for why the sidewalks curb away, this is because the city likely puts forth minimum street tree requirements that the designer has to meet. They design the roadway first then put in the trees and kind of weave the sidewalk around everything else as the afterthought.
