Hello, I'm Erik. You know how most people spend hours looking at TripAdvisor or RU-vid in order to find their perfect resort? Well, what I do is help people get peace of mind by making sure their resort matches their hopes and dreams.
We had an issue with insufficient air conditioning in our room and at the MB restaurant, our group was given an alternate menu that was a downgrade. Butler service is a waste because they weren't on the same page. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.
We were there in December 2023 and we loved it. If you want to party with music then visit the swim up bar/pool that’s hidden away off to the side. If you want to relax then go to the main pool area and find your best spot. My favorite part of this resort is the quiet dining at the restaurants. Not much entertainment after dark so you may have to go off the resort for nightlife. I think it’s a fair mix of relaxation and fun. One does not over take the other. It’s your choice. We are booked here for Labor Day weekend and we love it.
I'd go again. 2012 fire didn't scare me. Wtf! I recall a market near the resort that had irritating vendors. As for the bikini contest. Fun but fixed. Deep sea fishing? Pass on it. Colonial food and El President beer was good. Re tipping...they didn't like Canadian money but took it. Lol
Thank you so much for this accurate enlightening video! My niece was at one of the majestic properties over a year ago and I remember her putting a video on Facebook and I thought it was absolutely lovely… I will be a first time or I do not play golf, but I am interested in The Jacuzzi room and beach front view. Looking to head there next spring… I’m sure we are going to have a blast! Thanks again🏆💙
Thank you for explaining this at length. Great video. Need your suggestion , which one is better Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres or Secrets the vine Cancun, When it comes to dining/drinks, rooms and resort entertainment.
If you stay at the Nizuc, I'm guessing restaurants like Habibi, Cusco, Le Chateau, Boulangerie, etc. are not accessible too without a day pass, correct?
