I am trying a new video editing software and put in the normal settings i use for audio. Thanks for the feed back, Ill have to play around with it to get that under control.
7:04 Dinobee only gives rush, not blitz, they were on -2 memory so couldn't attack. What they should have done, since they had the flamedramon inherit, was to end of turn DNA digivolve the dinobee and paildramon into the Imperialdramon Dragon Mode they added to their hand, to force them to kill most of their digimon and then blitz if they wanted to.
Paildra got the Rush & Pseudo-blitz from Dinobee bt16 effect easy statement and read the text & Context Shingeki/Blitz is a special keyword for the card....but for "May Attack a player & Gain rush still valid" [DNA Digivolution] Purple Lv.4 + red Lv.4: Cost 0 Digivolve unsuspended with the 2 specified Digimon stacked on top of each other. <Raid> <Partition (purple Lv.4 & red Lv.4)> [When Digivolving] If DNA digivolving, you may play 1 level 5 or lower Digimon card with the [Free] trait from your trash without paying the cost. Then, 1 of your Digimon gains <Rush> for the turn and may attack a player.
@@vlogem3985 You are absolutely right, the Paildramon can attack with that effect. I still think it was perhaps a bit too greedy to do it without jamming, I would have chosen not to attack and just gone for the DNA to wipe most of the Ukkos.
@@chiragasnani3437 Well Imperial Virus is well known with agro & looping...This deck is one of my main deck but my decklist & playstyle more focusing on delete by digimon eff/option to reset the loop and blitz as much as possible...Best card for it is Sethmon(bt16) & Sting bt16 can wipe clean with this mechanic
@@vlogem3985 this deck was the one I wanted to win in all honesty! I was stoked to see it be played. I love how it can be floaty and then snatch up game.
I also like 2 Hades Force but Trident Arm def is tempting. The fact that it forces your opponent to attack, and thus get blocked/redirected and procing all your On Redirection inheritable sounds real nice in theory
It did really well for me at locals a few days ago. On 2 seperate occations killed a ShineGreymon with it by de-digivolving it to a GeoGrey or Agu and forcing it to attack into me.@@GemCityDigimon
Digital translator would work on blackwargrey to gaiomon since it's greymon in name but it's not the same name [Main] Choose 1 of your level 6 Digimon. Ignoring digivolution requirements and without paying the cost, it may digivolve into a level 6 Digimon card in your hand with a different name that includes the chosen Digimon's name.
Yeah but not the other way around, it's a weird text issue that gaiomon is "gaiomon greymon" so it would work going from bwg to gaiomon ex4 but not the other way around. It's a weird af ruling/text.
@@GemCityDigimon I might just be not understanding it cause If the name is considered gaiomon greymon blackwargreymon should be able to use it as well from gaiomon
@@Ryzearn I thought so as well. But it's only one way and not the other. I blame bandai for not being clearer. I agree because the digimon is treated as having greymon so it fits both requirements as having greymon in name and level 6 so it should work. But a judge on discord said no....maybe doesn't want the card to be busted in bwg lol
Too many megas, I’d say bring it down to 3 of each at most. Replace them with at least 1 more Tai. Consider red Tai due to the amount of clearing you can do with the full line. Technically you could clear all security out if one swing if set up properly.
From my testing, using both gaiomons in this deck it seems great ... But it is definitely missing something. And it's mostly a follow up. I can typically take out my opponents security in 1 turn, but by the time I do they just finish the game next turn. Sense it can only block once , vs BWG or wargreymon being able to block multiple times. My build is a bit different but definitely similar.still gonna keep trying it though, especially sense gaiomon is my favorite digimon! Also, great video/ build!
@@GemCityDigimon I haven't tried Nokia, but I did try omnimon. And it helps, especially bt10 omnimon X (sense If they do somehow have a security left it gets rid of it before attack) but it still typically came up one turn too late. I'll have to try Nokia and see how it works.
@@draco4826with gaiomons as the top end I would agree this time with Nokia. Also depending on the local scene if there’s a lot of options or sec con, a 2nd yuuya helps a lot.
Love your vids and this deck! Got 3 boxes of ex04 today and built the deck. Went with all Tais, and win rate to deal with the memory issue. Used black base for the jamming greymon and teched in drawing greymon. Its so crazy aggressive! Deathxmon and chaos degrade still mess with it.
thanks man, I am using the base i use for my BWG deck and changing the top end with gaiomon. I felt things that i missed....could be because I was playing it as a BWG deck and not a Gaiomon deck. I plan to update and test then put out a profile if it gets a good win ratio.
Hard match man, watch the video as many times as u need, and try to understand, what could have done different. I believe you should not spend so much memory on Yuuya or Tai, unless you have a lv5 already on board, try to use only Cool Boy and Memory boost, leaving your opponent on memory choke. For lv 6, you should always try to go for the combo when u put Gaiomon EX4, don't attack, and then digivolve to Gaiomon BT9 if you have it in hand. It's important to use Cool Boy at the right time, so you grab only the Gaiomon..as you need both to get the best combo. Keep playing man!
I am aware of the combos of the deck but could pull them off consistently, I need to find the cause and correct it. Hope to have a build for it later in the week
Thanks, I am a red player and thankfully I was able to learn on the fly. Only played Blue Flare maybe 6 or 7 times...over the time it came out. I might play more of it come ex4.
@@alphagammagaming I still shocked that I came 2nd with this deck and have hardly any games with it, hunter was by far the hardest match because I didnt run deathxmon. original build had it but decided I want memory control.
Honestly not a fan of the new tai. I prefer just running the virus greymon and cool boys. You need him down for blocker on your stack for the hunter match up. Which then they easily get rid of your stack with SM. Hunter matchup is free if they don’t hit a tamer in security, build a big stack with bwg and blocker and they literally have no cards that can get over it. And if they go into Quartz, just gaiomon over your bwg to de-digi it.
I am not a big fan at first but after playing with it, i have begun to like it as it has a multitude of uses. The hunter match is pretty much free as you can cycle so much faster than they can. I have had well over a dozen matches against hunters and always having a body ready for it, makes the match up an easy win. I also hit their tamers early and keep the number of tamers low. the blocker tai allows you to free up the space for the virus greymon and allows for a better flexibility in that level. this is a build that has been working for me so far.
sorry but i didnt raid, I dont know why i said raid. I just went up the line into metal x and attacked and evolved into wargrey x from x antibody. thats a mistake on mentioning raid lo
I'll upload a deck list this week. I did have a rough match against machines. I'm thinking about what can be changed, I will have another match with this deck coming out later....won't tell you what it is, but it was a pretty big hit.
Around 8:10 I'm really confused about what the shine player wanted to do around here. I'm chalking most of it up to learning the deck bc it definitely takes some getting used to but they were set up really well to get into shine of the geogreymon played from security. The marcus could have paid 1 memory to become a digimon, then swung at security to evolve into rize greymon for free. Then, depending on whether or not the Marcus lives or not shine could have come out to control board. Also even without the marcus play, the rizegreymon evolves for 3 on a geogreymon so it was over paid in the video here. No hate or anything just a little nudge for the shine player
I would chalk it up to learning the deck as well, it take a little to see some plays with new decks. I think he only had 3 other games with the deck prior to us playing.
Yes I was learning the deck then. I was still hesitant on my plays and was worried about taking unnecessary actions. But after playing in a tournament with it, I have a better understanding of it. Even came up with a better decklist for it too.
@@thatdude1966 yeah there isn’t a real update saying it is, but that’s Bandai for you. Honestly they need to get their translations correct prior to release
and at 7:54 I don't think you needed to use the protection since DeathX only destroys level 4 and lower. It's on your turn that it destroys the lowest cost. I realize I'm only pointing out the misplays, so I'll say that I really enjoyed your deck profile and I'm modifying my own deck based on it a little. Mainly the Omnimon Xs, those seem to fix a LOT of the matchups BWG usually struggles with.
I came from yugioh and digimon is a very different game. It's more prediction based on what your opponent is doing. Currently Digimon doesn't have any disruption based cards like what yugioh has. I guess its more resource management than yugioh. Like you have memory to use. I would say check out some other digi-tubers on how to play the game and try the mobile app.
Bro I left YGO for digimon 2 months back, I haven’t missed it since, the game is way cheaper, way more fun and you can actually make some sick lines and combos as well, I have around 6-7 decks since joining I’d really recommend looking at D brigade and D reaper if you’re a YGO player, personally I found myself being drawn to those sorts of decks, also you have to get DeathXmon, copped me some after I got humbled at locals with it 😂. It literally feels like adding an alt win con to any deck
If you'd like to learn, theres an app that teaches you the basics. The biggest difference is the memory counter, basically its a resource you use to make your plays and when it passes 0 and enters your opponents side of the counter your turn ends and theirs begins
This examon player.... Modokibetamon is not a Dramon to have evade from wingdramon even if it was not sneakily ususpended..... Breakdramon trashes security when you delete a digimon in battle, not when you hit security. Examon only plays out a digimon on DNA digivolve. Slayerdamon inheritable is only Opponent Main Phase.
@12:15 man learn the deck before discussing to get all alt arts, lol. Please tell me this is from the same day as the other video, the misplays make this hard to enjoy. Love the fact there is limited glare and can see the whole playing area
The videos with examon were all in the same day. Thanks on the feedback for the playing area. I’m not a big fan of glare when it comes to seeing the gameplay.
I think this was before the errata was made? I’ll have to check this out. Some players are not aware of the errata as Bandai is really bad about not making sure the cards read what they should do.
My goodness @12:11 examon suspending itself does NOT unsuspend until the opponent declares an attack and resolves when attacking skills, then examon does it's all turn effects. In addition, the jesmon player could have selected the suspend sistermon per rulings the selected digimon for attack does not have to be able to attack. @20:34 the same examon misplay happens, cannot unsuspend before the opp declares attack. That slayerdramons inheritable needs to FULLY resolve before examon can unsuspend. Jesmon player should be pissed, he got hosed by so many misplays.
@@digi_core3404 I know the jesmon player is not a regular and the examon player is pretty new to locals. I’ll point this out to the both of them when I see them next. I appreciate the feedback
@@SomthingFresh yes but it's no an interruptive. 1) you active slayerdramon skill or in heritable, by suspending a dramon or examon. (This triggers examons all turn, but this can't resolve as slayerdramon full effect needs to resolve first) 2) your opponent selects the digimon they wish to attack with, (they can select a digimon that us unable to attack as well, such as already suspend digimon or a digimon like mechanorimon, the effect will just "fizzle" with no attack) if opp does attack then all when attacking skill reslove. 3) after all when attacking skills, thisnis where examons or slayerdramons all turn when suspend, this digimon can unsuspend. If its examon then it suspends another opp digimon. 4) examon player can now choose to block if they have the skill.
