Very sorry about your first albino tortoise, but like you said don't quit, how long was she on her back for was it hours,? Was it the heat that did it?, keep trucking on buddy time heals all things, never forget but it will hurt less and less God bless take care
I'm sorry Hayden for your loss. I've loss animals in crazy ways as well.I guess on the bright side it does wake you up, the longer we do this we tend to grow lazy at times and it takes things like this to get us back right.
That's really sad. She lived with you for over 6 years. 2 years ago I bought 2 baby sulcatas and only one survived. She is now outside in the garden and always has plenty of water, shade, grass, sun and rain protection on the terrace. Of course I also hope that she never gets sick or just dies. Their space in the garden is limited by large blocks of stone - everything is opaque, so that Bonnie never gets the idea of breaking through. Sulcatas quickly become stressed if they have a barrier made of glass or wire oder little gaps
Awesome video! However, I do have a problem with figuring out Tiger's and Griffin's gender so I think that they are both boys but I don't know. One of them might be a girl and the other might be a boy. Tiger and Griffin are both leopard tortoises and are very small so it's very hard to tell which is male and which is female. Probably, going to have to wait till they are a bit older to tell them apart. 😕
Hello I love your vids, I have decided after really learning about sulcata's that I would like to make the long commitment to owning a few, what do you charge for a morphe?
