Writing songs since 1994 and archived most of them here, 209 so far. Some songs I lost recordings of or never had and plan to record at some point.
Was a drummer for multiple bands over the years including Moonbabies, Stratoblasters, Velveteen, Door #3, John McColley & the Earplugs, Sai Baba, Dialectic, Kip Killagain, Clovina, Transfer, Gravy, Summit Dub Squad, Burnt Merkin, Keith Okie & Rebel Sol and Blammity Blam. Recorded with Blammity Blam at Visconti studio in London UK in 2019 just before the band broke up during covid. Played gigs mostly in the US southwest including southern CA, AZ, NM, UT and CO and one in Rosarito, Mex. Also gigged/recorded in MI, MA, FL and NJ. Also, lived/gigged in King Salmon, AK for 2 years.

It's my grandparents old place in the country outside South Lyon, Michigan. Lots of great memories visiting and living there off and on in my teens & 20's. My mom, who grew up there sings harmonies on this song version. Thanks for listening
@@dchivers9092 This is an old JJ Cale song who was an Okie. I'm a big fan of his songs. I always like driving through OK. Don't know anyone there but people always seem friendly to me. I always enjoy going through OK more than TX or KS on my way to and from AZ. I didn't do the song justice but enjoy playing it. Still one of the funniest movies/soundtracks I've ever heard. Right up there with Spinal Tap. Got me through my first Alaska winter and gave me some new songs to learn. "Shocked and stunned"

Thank you Rodleen. I'd love that, too. I was just telling my sister trying to find my songs that there's lots of Ben Keller's on YT. Yeah on my album I used my given name, Benjamin Keller (which Cd baby owns the album or YT page or something). I've always just gone by Ben. Something to ponder though if I want people to find my songs at some point.
