ABOUT US: We are a small town, northern BC family who grew up with a love and passion for baseball. Growing up with very short summers and no access to off-season training facilities or programs, we wanted to make a difference. So we started Northern Baseball Training in December 2017.
First one is basically you just pushing the bat The second one is you actually swinging the bat We all know which will launch the ball further Thanks for showing it
Thanks for your tips, I'm 36 y old mom, and I want to become my son's baseball ⚾️ coach. I used to play as a kid in my home country with neighbors, but my son is struggling because he doesn't have the opportunity to socialize with peers as I did in my childhood.
Hello NBT thank for this inspiring video! am just starting my batting cages and Been training young athletes for about 24 years and I finally decided to built my own. Praise God am following my Dreams. Thanks again
Power please - I’d like to incorporate into my son’s routines. He’s 13 going on 14. Your videos are the best I’ve seen (and I’ve seen a lot). Thank you for what you’re doing! ❤
This is good advice when you’re older and the rules are a little more relaxed. With the younger guys they don’t usually let more than one out of the dugout.
Yeah I’m pretty upset my sons playing 8U and I really don’t know the sport too deeply as far as coaching so I signed up for assistant coach to learn and one day maybe the head coach well they messaged back and out my as the main head coach and now I’m forced to do this and it’s just so stressful
Real good video explanation. I would take it a step further and say you should alway try to step closed footed, toe to heal. Some guys concentrate on curling the knee inward, always landing close toed . It really helps Like you say, with increased power.
