One of my friend migrated to US with 3 daughters almost 3 years back. They got the green card but their elder daughter who is 16 now, left the house. She's trying to save the second 14 year old now. She and her husband lost all their savings in this country and now confused if they should go back without the eldest daughter. It's scary. I am trying to leave the country with my 8 years old. I tried my best to ask her not to come here but people think that we are being stopped to move to a wealthy country. May Allah make it easy for us to leave. Ameen. Also this is not just one story, I have seen almost 90% kids here who have no idea what religion is and people (US islamic scholars like YQ and Omar Suleiman) are watering down the religion to please masses here. Please don't move to these countries and leave if you can.
I really needed this. Alhamdulillah. I wish it were longer. Can't have enough of these videos. May Allah the Almighty increase you guys in knowledge and everything. I wish I could be a student of you guys in person.
According to speaker if someone believes in temporary marriage then he is good to go as this was the opinion of Ibn Abbas who was a Sahabi Also, if someone believes that last two surahs of the Quran are not part of the Qur'an then he is good to go as this was the opinion of Ibn Masud. Is he serious?
Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah SAW said, “Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and withholds for the sake of Allah has perfected the faith.” Sunan Abī Dāwūd 4681 Sahih _Al-Albani_
100% speaking with women most of them are very ignorant n I don’t feel like they have same connection with Allah like men, u bearly hear them praise n glorify Allah, I thought it was just the sister I was attracting also most of them complain which is not the way of Believer all he’s affairs are good,
Assalamualaikum, im from Asharis school of thought, we learn and takes the theology according to Asharis. However, theres few differences from what are being taught in my country compared to asharis book. We said that quran is not created, its the word of Allah. My teacher also always said never put our logics before Quran or Hadeeth. Quran is kalamullah, which never be wrong, so we never put our mind first. For us Quran and Sunnah is our guidance and we should never go against or say this specific verse is wrong, contradict, have different wording and so on. Now got me wondering which asharis are we following 😅
I certainly agree. That's why I like using emojis in my messages to illustrate the context of my message. But of course, if it is an important discussion or a sensitive topic, it's better to discuss about it face to face.
Ustadh didn't say they need to post themselves online, you are putting words in his mouth. He said that we need women to seek knowledge so they can be of benefit to the muslimahs in our ummah, what is wrong with that?
but we also have to protect their awrah, no free mixing and honoring our women folks, opening women only universities also run by women and helped out by muslims around all of us
So, I've watched the lecture and these are my thoughts. توحيد Well, just because the author of al-Qur'an claims to be a single god doesn't mean he actually is. It could be the case that the author is a liar. طهارة There's no sufficient evidence that we can use to say dog saliva causes cancer. Not to mention, habitually washing without soap isn't going to k•ll that many germs; nevertheless, prescribing good hygeine as an act of worship does not indicate that Islam is from Allah. زكاة Likewise, this doesn't prove Islam to be true. Whether or not this system is worth implementing in society (this can be disputed), it does not indicate a divine source. صوم Any person, whether from the seventh century or the twenty-first, can recognize the relationship between the amount of food we consume and our physical health. Also, due to its potential danger, dietitians do not recommend dry fasting.
On your first point you are wrong in that tawheed demonstrates the perfection of Islam over all others in that a sound belief is established. The second point is also incorrect in that he clearly mentions in the video that dog saliva could possibly cause cancer. Such a link could possibly be found and articles have been written he himself states that it could be the case. As for zakat it’s interesting you would just gloss over it when its implementation entirely over populace would ensure that wealth is distributed to poor from the rich who hoard most of the world’s wealth. Fourthly probably the most erroneous of your claims is that the idea fasting was healthy and could be traced back to the 7th century in a period with its lack of scientific developments and research would be able to attest to the benefits of fasting😂. All of these factors along with the other numerous factors which can’t be given add to the brilliance of the deen. It establishes in all facets as an ideology and that is what makes it unique to all other polities and understandings doesn’t restrict between the illiterate and the learned.
@@MajinbrineHD 1) You can believe that at-Tawhid is a reasonable doctrine, but that doesn't mean that Islam is from Allah. The author could've lied, or he could've been delusional. 2) Could you please provide proof for your claim if you are truthful? What makes the saliva of a dog so special? 3) This doesn't prove it's from Allah. Even if I were to agree that Zakah should be given (only to Muslims) by those who meet the Nisab, that doesn't mean Islam's from Allah. 4) People who engage in intermittent fasting generally experience loss of weight; this isn't a modern discovery. If you were to say Muhammad knew about the obscure benefits (i.e., things that couldn't have been known at that time), you're just appealing to ignorance. However, what Muhammad prescribed can cause dehydration, and due to this, dietitians advise against it.
And we know the Quran is from ﷲ due to a variety of factors. This is just a simplistic answer the shaykh gave. The miracles, prophecies in Islam are beyond sufficient.
We agree it is circular that saying the Quran is true because the Quran said so. But the reason we believe in revelation in the first place is because if we start with the premise that there is one true God, then it makes sense that he wouldn’t create us without purpose because a supreme being doesn’t do things without a reason behind it. And it makes total sense that the one true God would want us to worship him and to do it in the way he wants, hence why he sent revelation down. It’s not like he created us just for fun to see what happens. No - it’s for the serious purpose of worship. Especially when there were people who would commit shirk with Him, the true God would not like this at all where he gives safety and food to humans and they just thank a piece of stone, so by his attribute of pride, he would send revelation down so that his servants know it is Him who should be worshiped alone.
As a woman myself, I always think about this. We have many questions that we cant just ask men. Sometimes it's because the topic is inappropriate, sometimes it's because men wouldnt understand it. We need more women of knowledge that we can connect with as easily.
From the time of sahaba up until the latter generations, there has been multiple cases where public stood up against the rulers. Please first confirm whether the Muslim rulers under secular system are the "Rulers" these hadiths are referring to. The ruler without bayah is not a legitimate ruler as far as I know, let him be oppressive or anything else
