It's not a very safe place to live, it's flooded before, it will flood again. Plus the water in the Willamette is big time, unsafe. I used to live in Portland.

I’d like to own one of these floating homes, provided I also own the dock space. Otherwise, this arrangement will be like owning a manufactured home on a space leased in a mobile home park.
I do not miss that life. Looks like North Sauvie island around Scappose, not the best of areas and paying for the water....don't live on a houseboat or a boathouse, more trouble than anything.
