The manufacturer's web page has the following description; ”The high temperature of the target raises the temperature of the subcantaneous fat cells to over 70 degrees by using powerful energy up to a maximum of 150 J” I can't say for sure, but I think the 20°C in "1:23" means "the head temperature is 20°C". I don't know what kind of principle is used to heat the fat in deep places, but if some kind of radiant heating method is used, it would be possible to make the inside of the head at a higher temperature than that even if the head temperature is lower (4°C or 20°C).
@@bluevarious8481 Sound energy is absorbed by the tissue, generating heat and raising the temperature. The epidermis gets heated because it is in the path of the sound waves and nearest to the source, so it needs to be cooled. Uncooled the device has a room temperature, i.e., 20 deg C, cooled it becomes 5 deg C.
