Where do these higher quality commercials come from? When some of them were released on d.v.d. officially the children's faces were all blurred out and censored because legally they had to pay them otherwise...making them pointless to watch.

How was this possible? Thought only Toei could make a HD Master. Is it made without any form of AI? And if yes, could the whole Series be made into HD like that? What about the other Japanese TF Series?
This is a legit 4K master from a original 16mm film print not a AI upscale attempt. I managed to find a seller on yahoo auctions selling a bunch of Anime film reels and this episode was one of them. From the carry case its marked for international presentation but apart from that i'm not sure how it got into the wild. As i only have the one reel i wont be able to do any further episodes but if i find anymore they will be online eventually.
1980s: american toy ads disguised as cartoons (e.g. transformers, mlp, he-man) 1990s-2000s: the only shows i've watched are mario world, megas xlr and teenage robot so i'm not aware of every kids show that are ads disguised as kids shows since they those kinds of shows were banned in the US (the country that makes the most animations along with japan) and i don't always watch every show from every era and from each part of the world, i just watch shows that are american, japanese, canadian and/or french or just british 2010s: cheap clothing ads disguised as youtube videos for kids (e.g. jake paul, lankybox) 2020s: arabic food ads disguised as kids cartoons (e.g. saudia milk, baboo ice cream, almarai milk, 7days cake bars)
We didn’t even get to see what happens to Rodimus after you press “Play All Episodes.” Or how serious battle damage suddenly made his arms turn completely orange.
What a wonderful era it was.. the 1980s ❤! when the kids had to use their vaste imagination relatively with those amazing masterpieces to create their own world transformed where things are not what they seem.. the world of the Transformers! the world of heroic Autobots and evil Decepticons! there were no internet, no mobile phones, no dvds, no satellite channels, no video games.. However, the time was much much better than nowadays..
