Realistically only a billionaire or shell corp would buy this. It's not really about owning the home as much as its about being able to write off the capital gains and get tax breaks while also holding assets. It has nothing really to do with the house itself.
Looking for a home featured in a segment of homes of the rich and famous, mostly specifically the one where a saw blade with a hand painted wildlife scene was hung over a fireplace. IF you are familiar with it, please contact me. My brother painted it and was very surprised to see it in the video tour of the home Thank you
I make 400$ a week from my first job and my 2nd job doesn't do very hot with an average of probably 200$ a week. which comes out to only 600$ a week or 2400$ a month. Luckily I still live with my parents at age 20...
...and Housing is regarded as 25% of your income, so to pay this you must make $170k a year. With average income in the Denver Metro area at $71k, you are 16% short of paying for this house. If the Lender allows 35%, then your take home on $70k is $4400 a month, and both husband and wife make that, so you are paying 47% of net income to pay for this house.
Someones beeb saving, for that down payment 😅 25k *sighs* im a real estate student abd i barelt keep 1k in my bank im gonna hae fun telling peoole to pay for closing costs and my commission 😂
