I got a question what does it mean when you can't rotate the RS 301 by hand? but when you turn it on it spins and does what it's supposed to but then when it turns off the brush slams stopped on a dime it looks like it's hurting the motor and shaft what could this be?
I love the removal of the shaft from the gearbox by "just pulling it out of the motor". Right. That will never, ever happen! Removing the shaft from the motor is the most difficult part of this repair every time.
Having this issue as we speak. Any recommendations for a stuck shaft? Tried everything short of torching it (as I don't have the supplies needed to do so).
This is one of the worst pieces of equipment ever invented. It breaks down every 7-14 days, and costs hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to maintain, and only "McNeil certified" techs who make 200k a year can work on it. Get Sonny's instead.
My car wash is a Macneil Tunnel so this video is very helpful. If I want to open my own car wash I need to start working at a car wash. I love brushes and seeing how different things interact in the car wash.
this guy is a real piece of work. the only reason he has any kind of money is that he refuses to pay anyone what they are worth. further more he micro manages both modern tire pros and the car wash (neither of which he is qualified to do anymore) . treating most employees like they are his personal slave force. Gary Jones can go f*** himself preferably with his wife's face.
I read another review where someone said that the rain had washed their car better. Unfortunately they were not joking. Mighty wash car wash as I've never been great but lately they just been going downhill. I've been trying for over a week to cancel my monthly subscription. I finally got it canceled yesterday I was told that my money would be refunded. More than 24 hours later I am still waiting. I don't expect to get the money back. But I will never stop telling people how awful this car wash is. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I know more about Macneil than Belanger or Peco since this company shows you how stuff gets done. I would also like to know how the Foam gets changed on a superflex wrap since it is so tall.
First tip, don’t listen to what these people tell you. Talk to existing owners, and profitable carwashes first. These guys will sell you a pipe dream and leave you out to dry as long as they can drain every dollar from you. It’s funny these guys are buying everything, but what’s gonna happen when all the carwashes have been built and they are doing everything in house? Don’t get too comfortable gentlemen.
I have a membership at this car wash, it's the best Macneil tunnel in the state in my opinion and the best car wash in town! Really love this place, keep it up Macneil!
