Why exactly such a sequence of alternation of Animals and Elements, and why start with just such an animal? Why not the Wu-Sin Circle?

Great video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (probably on Google)? It is a great exclusive product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin at last got astronomical success with it.

They should keep the camera facing in the same direction for the pose that starts at 5:16. It's VERY confusing

One of the earliest, if not the earliest, forms of health qigong. The creation of Wu Qin Xi (5 animal frolic) was attributed the famous Chinese Physician and Surgeon Hua Tuo (110-207) who had great skills as a surgeon, acupuncturist, herbalist and knowledge of human anatomy. He is also believed to be the first person in the world to have developed the use of anesthesia during surgery.
