Not only did the soldier run but he dropped his weapon so the robot would be less likely to identify him as a threat. He really IS the smartest henchman
I like the subtle differences between Toby and Astro. Toby seems far more prone to rule breaking and his cockiness is in part, what leads to his death.
This scene reminds me of my beautiful babygirl, Farrah; continue to RIHP Princess!! She & I both participated in spelling bées during junior high school. Continue tô Fly High, Babygirl!!❤❤❤
This wasn't the Super Bowl. This was Kurt Warner's first regular season game in 1999 (the year the Rams won the Super Bowl). The Ravens had yet to become the feared world beaters they would become the following season, finishing the 1999 season at 8-8. Despite what this movie would have you believe, the Rams went 13-3 that season and were the betting favorite to win the Super Bowl for the whole back-half of the season. Most of their 13 wins were blowouts and all of the three losses were by 7 points or fewer. They weren't some plucky underdog team. They were literally proclaimed the "Greatest Show on Turf" because of how explosive their offense was.
I Cannot Imagine... being in that audience and getting to hear this song live for the first time ever!! Wow!!! That standing ovation had to last 10 minutes! Amy Grant giving the song back to Bart is one of the most Christian and amazing things I have ever heard. Refreshing to see a true Christian walk the walk with Jesus like that!! What an amazing story and song all around.
A lot of people don’t know this but people who sat behind him went on the have successful careers in the NFL. Marc Bulger, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Eli Manning all sat behind him for a time and worked with him as his understudy.
How can anyone possibly comprehend? What you must be going through. I'm so sorry for your laws. There's no words that can comfort parents. We've gone through such a tragedy.
I didn't listen to "Cristian" when I was going to college.... But, I remember "I can only imagine", being played on TOP 40 Country. At the time I didn't care too much for it, but, I married the preacher's grand daughter, watched the movie, and "oh yeah, I remember this song".
Martz had an interview where he admits he was harder on Warner than any other player in his coaching career. He did it to see if he’d stick with it or wash out. Turns out Martz was right, they found their back up.
Martz hated Warner… he treated him like crap immediately again upon becoming head coach in 2000 and it continued for 4 seasons until he let him go. Warner then went on to take the Cardinals to the Super Bowl. St. Louis meanwhile, lost its franchise.
Man foot soldiers from power rangers are better than these guys. At least they try to fight back. They don’t just hold their fists up and stand there like street fighter.
I’m so sorry for your pain. Rest in knowing the Lord is by your side through it all… He never leaves you or forsakes you. Picture Jesus sitting next to you ❤️🙏
Honestly him coming back old looks like he came back the right way since he was trapped for years. So in a way. He broke the cycle and got to see his dad before he died. Sad yes but he finally got this time
I was just thinking about this movie, especially that part, sure it was not the best movie ever, but it did taught me one of the most important lessons in life.
