Adam Vander Heyden (AKA the DUI Doctor) is originally from Eagle, Wisconsin. After graduating from Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan, he has dedicated himself and his career to helping people through a difficult time in their lives as a criminal defense attorney.
Over the past 6 years, Adam has handled over 1100 DUI cases, resolved over 50,000 traffic tickets, and made thousands of court appearances for his clients.
Every day Adam’s focus is on protecting the constitutional rights of Nevada citizens, preventing abuses by the state, and ensuring that one mistake does not cost someone their life, career, or future.
Adam’s passion for criminal law carries over to the rest of his life as well. When he’s not in the courtroom Adam enjoys hiking, reading, playing hockey, and competing in NPC Mens’ Physique competitions. Adam believes firmly that you only get back what you put into something, which is why he puts everything he has into everything he does.
Also a wagging tail of a police dog 🐕 also has exception of the 4th amendment of Bill of Rights, Constitution of USA . High court judges have made so many silly exceptions and excuses to the 4th amendment, that the Bill of Rights is nothing more but a dead treaty between government and people !
"...the judge emphasized [sic] that the defendant ... did not experience symptoms of intoxication." Fine and dandy as long as he's under the legal limit. If he was just arrested because the officer smelled alcohol and did a breath test and it's something that would show up more for those cases because it happens in the digestive tract, fine. But if his BAC was too high and his ability to drive a car was impaired I don't care how it happened. I don't want blind people driving tons of metal at dangerous speed around me either.
Some things not mentioned in this short - ABS also presents with extreme bloating, extreme and frequent blenching, extreme and frequent diarrhea and gluten intolerance. It is NOT something to be desired and sought after as some people have started trying to give themselves the condition. IIRC it will give you a constant strange yeasty body odor. It will also destroy your liver and make you very tolerant to alcohol because you are already drunk all the time. It also means that even a single extra beer will take you from normal to headache with no stop at drunk in between.
If you don't know you have this condition or don't know this condition exists, you would eat some carbs and then go to work, the drunk would hit you on the way, and you wouldn't realize you are no longer safe to drive, because that is what alcohol does. Knowing the condition exists can be powerful.
He stole 1.2 million over 9 years from a juvenile home. His appeal was denied, but he's eligible for parole next year. I wish we had more judges like this.
Biden gave rifles, vehicles, armor, and helicopters to the Taliban...and he's a patriot using public funds wisely? Man, give this guy 2 years and let him go. Let Joe get the other 48.
Hell let him go. It’s just food imagine all the dope being brought in. Someone is laughing about this because they weren’t caught bringing in the drugs.
If you’re going to willingly use chemicals on your property for years even knowing it is a poison the hole time honestly I don’t think you should be allowed to sue. Because how are you going to know for certain that it was that one thing that did it. Because honestly how many people have used it and got cancer from it. If everyone that used it got cancer then that’s a huge problem but say 1 billion people use it and only one million got cancer in their lives that that’s literally less then 1% and you can’t say that it’s for sure from that. I think if the facts ware really Hurd he would probably have lost. But because that name of the company already has a bad reputation I’m sure that’s what really influenced the jury to get that amount
From a company that knowingly has kept this cancer causing product on the shelf? How could we even begin to know what other damage it has caused? I'd say sue them for all they are worth and more to send a message to other companies. Stop poisoning Americans
@@peosea try to provide a rational justification for 2 billion dollar settlement...? It's so far beyond reasonable compensation and all it really does is raise costs for everyone else... they're sure as hell aren't going to just eat that loss.... lol
Could be a class action suit where someone sues a company on behalf of himself/herself and many other people who have experienced similar problems from the product/service. The money gets disbursed among all of the plaintiffs.
Cannabis (thc) is tricky because it stays in your system for up to 30 days as it's stored in the fat. The only logical solution is to determine intoxication by blood test. No field test can determine these things.
