Really really nice work. The men were exceptional. The steps and execution, truly masterful. but isn't there some kind of contradictory irony in not only having the white girl in a video that uses a song about natural african hair, but having her jump into the foreground? Does that undermine the message? The fact that she's blonde is like a double gut punch. Isn't the reason We have to sing about natural hair as power because we have all been brain washed into believing that the texture and color of hair she has is the best hair in the whole world to have?
Wow, so a white person can't dance in a song about black people ? And both girls jumped into the foreground, its jsut a choreography. Having a blond girl in this dance doesn't me that black people shouldn't like their hair
@@LoveYunaLove I said what I said so consider that there is something beside the point of view you hold that is used as a other reason to push black people out of a black narrative. There were only 4 slots in that dance about black physical empowerment. White people can do everything else in the world and there are other dances. why this one? Because there are black people who buy into inclusion at all costs (even as we are excluded from nearly everything) narrative too, my love. That's probably why she's there :) Ok, The dance didn't end with the white girl in the foreground. Did you notice that her coloring draws the eye toward her as she "outshines" the darker figures. Were you aware of it while watching? :)
@@LoveYunaLove are you listening to the lyrics? Do you have any idea the history of black girls being tortured and rejected by every race Including their own men for not looking white? I'm not making all this up just to meanly exclude a single white from a 2 minute video hun. I'm explaining why the song itself was NECESSARY and why having her there is undermining to its message.
@@MR-xf8xg Your comment is just racist. Don't you think white can understand ? Yes i know the history of black people , and that's why i don't want to exclud someone just because of his color. And, don't need to put 3 messages
she then got what she deserved. the darkskin girl and this choreo was featured in the black is king movie. she got a lil bit of fame and her coin periodt
Iv watched this like 1million times. Absolutely beautiful! The energy is something else. I want to do a dance video with same song and similar choreography Lagos Nigeria. Any dancers or choreographers in the house please?
