I feel bad for Mr. Rock. This video deep dives a lot of common mental issues and does not get the recognition it deserves. Thank you for the knowledge you spread with this videos and all of your others.
As much as I adore Bo Burnham, and as much as I think I "get it" (also, did you see him in "Promising Young Woman"? Not a very good movie, but he was fantastic in a role/film that very much touches his whole shtick), I really can't stand the post-modern, navel-gazing, art-about-art nonsense that he represents. Which is frustrating, because he's good. It's just that art about art is ultimately meaningless. Stories about stories, movies about movies, comedy about comedians - it's all well and good, but there are more "love letters" to things than there are actual things worth celebrating.
Kendrick doesn’t make albums or EPs.. the guy’s a genius he only makes masterpieces, stories and journeys.. Drake and Cole have nothing on him.. he’s even better than 2 Pac.
I always really loved the "Texas" episode bc I related so much to sandy in the episode. In Elementary school I moved from Missouri to California and for the first few years I was extremely homesick and felt different than the other kids at my school and became very introverted, but I got over it the same way Sandy did, by making good friends. I've seen that episode a few times since and it always takes me back to that time in my life. It always blows me away how this "kids show" can so maturely deal with such real emotions, amazing episode.
capitalism is a blight on this earth dude. everyone ties their life goals to money and a job. i want to tie my life to my friends and my family and having a good time. i don't want to enrich some ceo while i get literally nothing in comparison.
Wait, Karate Island was voted the best episode of spongebob?! Not even close. And now I know why it seems like every time spongebob is on tv they replay that episode to death
Before starting the video I thought for about 5 seconds and said to myself, Pickles is the best episode. It better be pickles. AND SURE ENOUGH! He didn’t disappoint. It’s just objectively the best episode.
No Weenies Allowed at 115 is way too low just based on iconic-ness alone. Hall Monitor only at 81 is insane. one of the best episodes imo. Ripped Pants at 48 should be higher. Survival of the Idiots at 38 is too low. Sandy, Spongebob, and the Worm should be in the top 10. and the Camping Episode should be #1. the Fry Cook Games would be my #2. overall pretty good list though. i think you got all the episodes in the right tier for the most part. dropped a like for how much effort you must have given to make this video.
I never rewatched pickles as an adult. I always considered it just another episode. But the way you pointed out literally everything that episode did right, is way WAY beyond what any kids can comprehend. Its the same reasons i am a huge fan of G4 MLP, so many golden moments kids wont understand until theyre older Its what made both shows for all ages, not just kids
Brody motherfucking Claus from American dad voices bass 🫥💥 *no* *goldfish* *emoji* Also, if you’re one of those Squidward enjoyers I can see why you think bandgeeks Is the end of the show for an average SpongeBob enjoyer the movie hands-down is the best with ocean rather than your victory
