In store at Alo the prices are lower. I got my accolade hoodie in my favourite colour purple (the new limited purple ). I find that when Alo does a store wide sale I get staple items like the airlift legging in black and it works out cheaper then lulu plus it holds shape really well. The fit of the leggings is so good. Alo recently opened in my city in the last year and has different locations. All my Alo is holding up really well ! I do Barry’s and sweat a lot and the airlift is such a good material
Yeah I feel like it's pretty beginner friendly! It gets super busy around holidays, especially around Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day, but if you're in school just be sure that they know your availability :)
You didn’t say anything about your experience on practice side what you did after attunement. Did you heal anyone. You went on talking abt skin irritation
I was speaking about my experience receiving reiki to help with my physical issues such as skin irritation. I'm not the one administering the treatment.
I put like 7 lip products in one of the slip pockets, in the other one I have a mini pen, mini nail clippers, mini flashlight, mini scissors/knife, mini toothpick holder, & tweezers. The back slip I have my small external phone battery and cord, meat stick, mini med kit with bandaids, pain meds, Tums, pepto, lactaid, eye drops, and more blister pack single use meds. A pack of tissues Face and hand lotion Perfume/body spray Face mirror and comb in the back zip with a bunch of single use antibacterial hand wipes. And I still have room to shove my phone if I don't have pockets on my outfit
Oh my gosh, you really utilize the space so well! Such a good idea to have an external phone battery too, I need to start bringing one around with me 😅
Seriously cannot believe how much that tiny 2L bag can hold. I absolutely stuff mine and it is incredible how much I can carry in that thing. Its like the Mary Poppins of belt bags.
Good lord.. everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is carrying one of these Fanny pack bags. Men and women. Can’t go anywhere without seeing one. I started doing a countdown in my head how many I see per day. The record is 73. EVERYONE is carrying one
Good luck! 🙂It was a long time ago now, but I remember being asked about when I had a challenging situation that I had to resolve at a past job and how I dealt with it, why I want to work there, and just basic interview questions. For me the biggest thing was showing an interest in the inventory they carry which I genuinely really love.
@@jeffreylebowski1240 I’ll be honest with you: I unfortunately didn’t get the job 🫠 They wanted someone with retail experience already, even though it doesn’t exactly say it’s required on their job ads. You also have to know the Plan-a-gram program, which I did not; it’s basically an app they use to plan out how they’re gonna display the shelves. I was honestly a bit disappointed with the recruiter I had in particular, because she didn’t get back to me until 8 days later just to tell me she already found someone. They didn’t update the program to say I wasn’t considered anymore, or send an email/call, so I thought I was still possibly being considered that whole time. The interview itself was good though she was very nice while we were actually talking. She basically ran through asking a lot of the questions they already asked on the application itself, making sure you can lift heavy things, use technology since they provide a cellphone for you with the app I mentioned, etc. and they go through your resume and ask about your experience. What I’d suggest honestly is to be over prepared! I looked up hallmark interview questions & typed my answers up since I had a phone interview and was able to reference certain things while I was talking. They didn’t even ask most of the questions, but it helped me to prepare and know my strengths well. Definitely try to point out those out in the middle of the conversation too. For example, when she asked if I was able to use a cellphone, I didn’t just say yes, I explained how I have experience with technology from a young age, referenced computer certificates I had gotten, etc. I knew I didn’t have the retail experience so I tried to let my other strengths shine, showing the certificates I already had & talking about how easily I could learn the program considering I had already gotten those so young. Connecting things I knew were already on my resume into the conversation helped a lot. What I did was I had both the answers I’d written on one side of my screen and my resume on the other, so I could easily look through either one while she was in the middle of asking the question so I could better prepare myself also. I have a feeling if I at least had retail experience, they might’ve hired me even if I didn’t know the program, so I would say that’s probably their highest priority in the hiring process- at least for the location I applied for. I know that’s a lot of info & mayyybe I have a bit of negative bias cause I didn’t get it LOL but I hope you get a recruiter who’s a bit better at relaying info and don’t just take my comment as the be-all if you don’t have the experience like I didn’t either. Give it your all and try to show the most positive yet honest parts of yourself :)
I know this was made a while ago! But I am trying to leave my toxic work environment and applied/got an interview at a hallmark! I've always wanted to work here but the locations just seemed so slow paced and I loved face pace retail. Now I'm older and finishing school... I want to find a retail job where there's no gossip, slower paced and overall relaxing. SO EXCITED
EXACTLY how I feel! I’m searching for a NON TOXIC work environment and my mother suggested that I apply to the Hallmark store. I’m looking forward to an interview!❤️

I love this bag!! I have the same one I purchased!! It was my first Louis Vuitton I got on my 25th birthday! I’ve had it since April and been carrying it ever since! 🥰
Me too, that was super helpful, I've been trying to do this all day!! Thank you so much. Can't believe it only has 59 likes. Keep going with your vids. Love your voice too. Thank you.
