Dude… Fit a snorkel. Check the water depth with your sonar (or ultrasound I forget what it’s called) use your maps to plan a route. Stay out of water whenever possible. Honestly, it’s like you’re purposely trying to play the game badly…😆
I've found 2, and sold my first one for 650. Market price was like 450. So I made a mighty profit on it. I hope to come by it again later down the road. I needed to upgrade my shop lol

The whole point in the game is to complete it on 00 agent. Its incredibly hard and takes alot of trial and error to learn. They dont make games this hard anymore.
